Wouldn't it suck it the rest of the cast's buffs counteracted hers and made her worse tier-wise than before? Here's to jinxing things.

Can someone clarify what 5B> command grab meant?

i assume it would mean you can do a 5B (not sure if it's hit or block) and cancel with command throw gives it just enough time to grab without purple-ing. note that the actual stuff written was "5B使って移動投げっぽいの出来る" meaning "after using 5B, you can do a moving throw". i took the moving to mean her command throw, but it could mean dash up normal throw.

It would've been so hype if her 5B became like Ragna's (ie: kara-cancelling it moves you forward). xD

NVG sotps at 1k, the first thread here (before PTG) ended at like 2.5k, and the Sanctuary... ends... whenever the fuck they want

she seems to still be able to get really high damage of her fatal counter 6C. but, still no real application of the Air Persia FC yet it seems. at least, without a RC.

New info so far from the JBBS

Proration changes:

- Combo rate nerfed from 80% -> 70%

- 5C P1 nerfed from 100 -> 90

- 3C P1 nerfed from 90->70

- 2C repeat proration turned out to be 30%

- Mami P1 100 -> 80

- Momo gives 1050 damage with hammer special, damage with other items haven't changed

- Hammer P1 80 -> 90

- Jump hammer Lv1 P1 100 -> 80

- Hammer special P1 80 -> 100

- Cat hammer P1 100 -> 60

- Cat hammer special P1 100 -> 75

- Bat P1 100 -> 50, P2 89 -> 92, repeat proration exists

- Bat special P1 100->75, repeat proration exists

- Jump frying pan P1 86 -> 70, repeat prorartion exists

- Bomb1 P1 100 -> 80

- Bomb special 1&2 P1 100 -> 85

- Missile1 P1 100 -> 80, Missile 2 damage buffed to 600

- 3C untechable on counter hit, so stuff like 3Cch>5C works. Bubble connects too apparently but it seems to work on specific characters only (works on Ragna and Litchi, doesn't work on Lambda and Relius)

Someone thinks Platinum this time around will be a character heavily relying on heat to equip special weapons for higher damaging combos.

Recovering and keeping special weapons through CDT and Sammy might become one of the top priorities

Wow at those changes. Most combos are going to end earlier than before (ie: no more 6A 22C, though that was out anyway, and no more 3C 22C RC into full corner combos).

Just to clarify, only the level 1 air hammer got changed?

2C repeat proration is going to affect a lot of 2C 22C max damage combos, as well as the 3C 22C RC combos. Hm. For most of those, it's possible to swap out the 2C 22C with something else, though, so hopefully it won't be too large a change in the combos.

Wait we used more than 2 2C's in a combo outside the loop?

Personally I only used 1 2C in pretty much all my combos so it didn't effect me.

The P1 changes kills damage more than the combo rate.

2C was repeated in frying pan combos, mostly, but also in bubbleless hammer loops, some item-swap combos, some of the super missle combos, etc. It wasn't exactly unused. For the most part, those combos don't need multiple 2Cs to be performed, so it's not a big deal.

Proration changes are definitely what's going to kill the combos.

Yeah only Lv1 was affected

Other than the loop the 2C proration killed the 2C counter hit combos. They used 2C two or three times for 5.5~6k damage

Stuff like 6C>22C are starting to cover for 2C parts in combos though so hopefully some replacement will pop up soon.

I'm really hoping some nice midscreen combos get discovered. Corner combos can be fun times, but it gets dull if it's the only reliable source of good damage two games in a row.

a double loop i've been seeing off of FC 6C is 6A>6C>22C. I agree that her heat is going to be very important for her damaging combos, but her neutral game has improved overall.

Proration changes make me super sad faced, but the item buffs are an equal swap I think. Overall I'm sure she got much better then she used to be, but her damage will definitely be lower then before. Landing those hits for medium damage will probably be easier this time though, due to the item and speed changes.

The Super Hammer doing 1K with each hit is glorious, I'm going to abuse the crap out of that.

On the note of 2C's repeat proration, it's really not too big of a deal, most combos only use two 2C's, so sacrificing like 600 damage isn't that awful IMO.
