Hey everyone, I'm new to the NYC scene (only moved out this way at the end of June) and I'm very much looking forward to having the chance to throw down with, and more than likely be bodied by, the lot of you in the relatively near future. I'll try and make my first appearance down at Next Level later this week, work permitting.

I, along with a group of friends, are less than an hour away from that arcade and would like to come by to play P4.

I personall would play GG and BB if any players show up along with anything else there. My friends are new to fighters so at the moment, P4 players is all I have lol.

TSB is on Saturday, so in my opinion, that'd be the best time to go. I'm sure there'll be a lot of P4 players at the arcade then. I'll be going as well.

When does TSB start tomorrow?

I believe the first game (P4U) starts at 2:00. I would say if you can come by one so that there is no risk of you being late and so we can play some casuals before it starts so my scrubby secret weapon (yosuke) can get blown up before it even starts :D

lmao don't worry I have very little faith in him right now... I know how to glide which is good but my combos are lacking he shouldn't be a problem tomorrow but by the NEXT TSB I plan n leveling up

Your Teddie seemed so good though, you just might as well stick to him. I was grinding a lot with Liz today, so I hope I can do some work tomorrow.

My teddie seemed good?!? That's crazy by my standards my teddie is super trash and my yosuke is regular trash lol but we will see tomorrow and that'll be that lol

O.O lol I didn't even know you recorded our matches. But even if I won I did no combos I just hit 5b and auto-combo... Then random ik. I'm sure you wouldn't fall for such lame tactics now... Also my teddie is way better then THAT now lol

For the most part, I record a lot of the matches I play. Whether or not I post them is a different story lol. I'll see what you can do tomorrow, I've been dropping the Garu elevator combo, but I hope I'll be hitting it tomorrow. I'll try to be there for 12 btw, so we could get in a good amount of casuals.

I'm going on holiday to US to meet family living in Brooklyn and figured i should check in on this thread.

Well, you should know that Next Level uses Xbox. I dunno if you have a modded stick or what have you, but you can always rent a stick there for a pretty reasonable price.

i was looking at the prices of pads and sticks , not really good with Xbox pads so i guess imma have to practise/Play with stick.

I knew i shud have gotten that Hori Pad for Xbox.... owell

Err so other than Events , its open to everyone right? i was looking at the prices/rates . something based on 1hour of gaming? so do you rent a console for these set periods?

No it's all open for whoever you just pay to get in for an hourly rate. But $10 gets you in all day and an awesome stamp o. Your hand to show your cool lol they also sell things to drink as well as a few games and some magic the gathering cards if your into that. They also have a technika 3 machine for 25 cents a play (they also sell the cards for that) so 10 to get in all day 3 for a stick your good to go!

Aww cool. I Know i sound proper fresh asking for details on an arcade place but in UK its a Myth to have arcade like this

we still have like lol Time crisis 1 / sega rally / ice hockey so you can see how undeveloped our arcades are , im afraid.

Really wana come pop in .

Atm play Blazblue / UMVC3 and want to play P4A (Not how in EU yet ....not till like Late september i've heard so even after i come back to UK from holiday ,still won't be back....Lame...)

But yeah i'll be happy to pop in , show you guys UK isn't completely dead lol
