I mean he lost most of the completely retarded things and just got stuff that everyone else more or less has. Sides, it's a matchup in Mu's favor. I will not condone talk of tiers anywhere, it never ends well, ever. Feel free to discuss the strength of character aspects and what to do about it in the matchup threads.

Ragna got Tweaks, Mu got a new pair of shoes. And yet, I still fear that matchup is going to be one big game of ToD.
