Some of her bad match ups like Makoto, Litchi, and Noel got nerfed (Litchi is probably still even or close to it, Makoto might be in her favor, and Noel is probably more even). But her match up against Tager, Bang, Mu, and Hakumen are probably worse (slightly in her favor, even, and other two are probably in her loss now). Her match up against Hazama is probably the same (still bad). If I had to guess- mid to high B tier.

I saw an old video of that once tried to find it for about a hour -failure- but basically it is not really hitstop. Since Makoto's 'A's are so fast and don't have a chain cap like Tao, if Tager stops dashing once she starts hitting him with them he will get hit no matter what and get squirreled to death. Meaning all you need to stop him is to mash dat A. I never ground dash when using U.Tager...his air dash goes so hilariously far, I don't need to Edited November 21, 2011 by Osmond

That shit is sooooo annoying. S-tier Rachel is just lol. She's still very viable though, I'm pretty sure she'll end up about A-tier. I agree with Polka's views on her new matchups, except for Litchi... I still think it's in that skank's favor. Obviously the matchup got a lot better since then, but LK once told me that it was flat out impossible for CS1 Rachel to beat CS1 Litchi.

I remember the first ranbat I entered, I was playing some casuals with someone. Then a few BB players entered the room, saw me playing, and I could hear them saying "Wow, a Rachel player." I was a bit proud.

Now just need a tsundere, ojousama, milf, and some lolis and the harem will be complete. Also started playing UMvC3 and got bored within an hour. No motivation to play any of the new Capcom fighters.
