I got hit by a car, stuck in a wheelchair right now, don't know anyone in Grand rapids, and would like to play w/some people who like blazblue like me. Unfortunately I can't just go anywhere for various reasons I can explain later, but for now, people in grand rapids - PLEASE lemme know. I'd like to set something up sometime you know. I'm tired of not having friends... P.S. Oh and please pm me or add me if you feel inclined to do so, even if you just wanna play online soon. Yo damn, that sucks >__< Unfortunately, most of us are in the Detroit area, so we're really out of your way. A bunch of us play online on PS3 though, so we're up for that! Even if you wear a blindfold for a day, you wont have the same senses as a blind man, and a man who was born blind doesn't know what anything looks like, while you still do.

Prototype909 Posted January 18, 2012 Posted January 18, 2012 Wearing a blindfold with your eyes closed for an extended period of time would produce the same sensation as putting your eyes out, no matter what you're dealing with a loss of sensory information that you once had it's just that one is a permanent loss and the other is only as long as you desire. Being Blind-born is a completely different thing than blindness acquired over a lifetime, blind-born individuals don't see/have visual stimuli in their dreams as that part of their brain was obviously never developed whereas people who go blind over the course of their lifetime will still be able to see in their dreams. Also blind people can still use touch to conceptualize the shape of objects, unlike deafness which has no supplementary sense leading to bigger problems. I also have Graces F pre-ordered but I don't know any of the characters.
