CEO Jebailey Posted January 17, 2012 Posted January 17, 2012 CEO 2012 Registration and information is now LIVE on www.ceogaming.org. Will be updating this soon with more information. CEO features the 6 Road to EVO championships Official Games but is also featuring Blazblue CS: Extend on PS3 as part of the lineup with tons of details to come as soon as the game releases. Be sure to follow me on www.twitter.com/ceojebailey and shoot any emails to CEOGaming@gmail.com with questions if you have any.
Zero Shift Posted January 17, 2012 Posted January 17, 2012 If you live in the southeastern US, makes plans to go to this. Hell, if you even consider yourself avid FG player, come anyway! Awesome tournament, lots of talent, many many stations set up for casuals, and if last year was any indication, live DJ, NOS handing out free drinks, stick modders to mod/fix your stick if need be, and a vendor or two selling shirts and some other goodies. Also, the venue is beyond awesome. The hotel has 3 (read: three) 24 hour pools with hot tubs, ping pong tables, billiard tables, and a bar. Tired of beating on scrubs (or getting your ass handed to you by a pro)? Go chill in the pool and soak up all the water and have a great time. Blazblue will be big this year at CEO. Look forward to it, register for it, and come and be awestruck by it
Setsuna Posted January 18, 2012 Posted January 18, 2012 Last year was definitely hype, it was a shame Revelations was happening the same weekend so hopefully this year we get ALL the major players
Lord Cruxis Posted January 18, 2012 Posted January 18, 2012 I need revenge on tokido. I had to be the opening match with him...Gonna show him some new stuff now ;D.
SansProtocol Posted January 18, 2012 Posted January 18, 2012 So, BlazBlue is going to be a main game and will be the hypest major on the lineup this year? Wait, it's going to have a wonderful venue for participants on the sunny coast of Florida, where niggas can go to Disneyland...DISNEYLAND (optional)?! HYPE HYPE HYPE HYPE HYPE!
Demon Wind Bomb Posted January 18, 2012 Posted January 18, 2012 I need revenge on tokido. I had to be the opening match with him...Gonna show him some new stuff now ;D. Do you think he would show up again. I would love to play him this time.
St1ckBuG Posted January 18, 2012 Posted January 18, 2012 Should be coming, unless work somhow interferes somehow. Who's running brackets? Senkei? Any side events for BB, such as teams?
Romeyurhomey Posted January 18, 2012 Posted January 18, 2012 I don't even know if Senkei plays this game anymore after CS2. There will be definitely teams but i have to talk to Jebailey for more details.
Demon Wind Bomb Posted February 6, 2012 Posted February 6, 2012 Hype. We should try to get this stickied.
Kurushii Posted February 7, 2012 Posted February 7, 2012 Hype. We should try to get this stickied. I sent the message to Alphakami to get it done.
LiquidMadness Posted February 8, 2012 Posted February 8, 2012 That trailer is so hype. I'm quite excited to go. ROAD TRIP. I was about to ask about Blazblue being at CEO, but found out it wasn't going to be EVO. Not CEO. Whoops.
Kurushii Posted February 8, 2012 Posted February 8, 2012 Yea even though it isn't a Evo Season game Jebailey is letting us have a spot at CEO. He's very close with our FL BB scene.
Mr.Biscuits Posted March 7, 2012 Posted March 7, 2012 I think I might be able to make it since I have a friend who lives really close by. I actually went to CEO 2010 on Sunday and played some casuals, lol.
SansProtocol Posted March 7, 2012 Posted March 7, 2012 If you can't find a place, I'm sure Tampa and I will be able to house/room people to get the BB numbers up. We're pretty chill people.

It's the same weekend as MetroCon so I thought I couldn't go, but since MetroCon has been shit the past couple years, I'd be totally willing to skip a day (maybe two if it's bad enough!) to go to CEO instead. I also want an opportunity to play casuals in person with some top-tier players. Maybe they can give me some advice. XD BB GONNA BE THE HYPEST SHIT AT CEO! By the way, I have a stream setup. Should I bring it or no? I figure the tournament itself will probably already have someone to stream it, but we could get some pretty hype casuals on stream for the BB crowd who can only stream monster.
Spring_Raid Posted April 23, 2012 Posted April 23, 2012 Got my pre-reg and games paid for. I can't wait!!
Setsuna Posted April 30, 2012 Posted April 30, 2012 Yo whos bringing the CRTs so we can get some GG in there too ~
M.Song Posted May 1, 2012 Posted May 1, 2012 Yo whos bringing the CRTs so we can get some GG in there too ~ I did last year and I will be bringing it again this year. Also I will be bringing my setup to CEO de Mayo this coming weekend.
Setsuna Posted May 15, 2012 Posted May 15, 2012 "Just another Reminder. I'm not kidding when I say the CEO Hotel is on the verge of completely selling out. Already blew through the 150 extra nights added, They're adding more right now. So if you plan to book you don't have much time left." - Alex Jebailey For those planning on attending CEO you may want to hurry and book your room if you haven't already.
Spring_Raid Posted May 25, 2012 Posted May 25, 2012 Has anyone who attended CEO last year know of how well pools start on time? I noticed KOF and BB start times are only within two hours of each other and don't want another situation like FR where I'm in both pools at once.
Romeyurhomey Posted May 28, 2012 Posted May 28, 2012 KOFXIII starts at 10 am Saturday, BB starts at Noon. Jebailey is pretty good on being punctual with starting tournaments on time. Roll Call who's all going?
