What really threw me for a loop was that followup after 2D. I'm so used to blocking 2D and then just countering, since the followup hits it instantly. But now whenever I do that I get counter hit, so it must have gotten its properties changed or something.

Don't feel too bad, it was most likely input lag, the lag was affecting us both pretty bad :c Every time I dropped 446C > 5D > d.4D I died a little bit inside. Though our connection was always a little wonky.

mAc Chaos Posted May 25, 2012 Posted May 25, 2012 Yeah, it's a god send. I just kept getting hit when I was overaggressive or jumping in. I had to back off a lot more towards the later half of the matches and it worked better. Although, it's less useful than it is against 2D. Against 2D, I can do it from quite a bit away during neutral and hit her out of it. Against 4D I have to be right in her face basically.

It was fun. There was one involving an aerial fenrir into guard break in the air that I recovered from at the last second and some other stuff but I can't remember. :P

Against you it's more like the reverse. :P I either throw you in the corner and perfect you or get you down to 10% and then choke harder than a seagull caught in plastic coke rings.
