someonewhodied Posted August 19, 2013 Posted August 19, 2013 Yeah but it was like 10 times in a row. Its no longer random. Now I think about which one I wanna do, and do the other :v

someonewhodied Posted August 19, 2013 Posted August 19, 2013 and when you least expect it, I'll reverse it. And then go back to random, then repeat the vicious cycle.
Nemesis Posted August 19, 2013 Posted August 19, 2013 @ mac - you shouldnt hand out the secret to defeating you-- cause quite literally I am often forced to do the same thing.... that video is a golden example to counter the Mac chaos MU
CMSORA Posted August 20, 2013 Posted August 20, 2013 Yo nemesis i think i will be available to play you and Mac tomorrow from 10am - 1 pm since i feel like sleeping early since i didn't get much sleep last night.
mAc Chaos Posted August 20, 2013 Posted August 20, 2013 (edited) I wish I could play with you guys :c Mac are you taking care of the new generation? You're an old man now after all. There's still a few people I need to play. Eevee for one. Otherwise I am an old man on the mountain waiting for my own personal Uub to show up and challenge me after 10 years. @ mac - you shouldnt hand out the secret to defeating you-- cause quite literally I am often forced to do the same thing.... that video is a golden example to counter the Mac chaos MU That goes against my philosophy. If you can only win because nobody is challenging you with your weakness, then you are not really good. Real skill means taking on your weaknesses and conquering them. I would rather everybody try to use what they think are my weaknesses against me because it will push me to improve and defeat them. When someone tries to figure me out, I don't go "oh no, now I'm going to lose," I think "Awesome, now I can figure out how to beat this." If you're playing a tournament and only want to win grand finals, then that is a concern. That is why some tournament players hide their playing. But immediate victory is at odds with overall growth. If you don't confront your areas of improvement, then you'll actually be weaker in the long run. When you avoid those things, you will be helpless when somebody finally knows what they are doing. But if you've already seen it and dealt with it a dozen times it will be a walk in the park. Of course, I invite everyone to try and do whatever they can to beat me. I plan on winning anyway. You aren't the only one who can adapt! Edited August 20, 2013 by mAc Chaos
Ctrlaltwtf Posted August 20, 2013 Posted August 20, 2013 I have the answer now, mAc. If Dustloop was an anime, it'd be a harem. A harem where mAc is the protagonist. Going to be on for a bit, not sure how long.
Errol Posted August 20, 2013 Posted August 20, 2013 Going to be on for a bit, not sure how long. not more than 2 months
toanenadiz Posted August 20, 2013 Posted August 20, 2013 You know Errol, there are those of us who aren't importing CP and will still be playing Extend for many months to come.
mAc Chaos Posted August 20, 2013 Posted August 20, 2013 I wonder if any people are going to be staying behind on Extend like some people did with CT.
Lord Pwnge18 Posted August 20, 2013 Posted August 20, 2013 That goes against my philosophy. If you can only win because nobody is challenging you with your weakness, then you are not really good. Real skill means taking on your weaknesses and conquering them. So what you're saying is people who have conquered all of their weaknesses - and therefore have no weaknesses to be challenged - are not good wakarimashita
mAc Chaos Posted August 20, 2013 Posted August 20, 2013 There is no such thing as no room for improvement.
Errol Posted August 20, 2013 Posted August 20, 2013 You know Errol, there are those of us who aren't importing CP and will still be playing Extend for many months to come. you imported EX.
toanenadiz Posted August 20, 2013 Posted August 20, 2013 So what you're saying is people who have conquered all of their weaknesses - and therefore have no weaknesses to be challenged - are not good wakarimashita No such person exists you imported EX. That was only because I could get the english version for 360 when it came out over here. BB isn't good enough for me to buy it twice on the same system.
Ctrlaltwtf Posted August 20, 2013 Posted August 20, 2013 I'll be importing CP. Could really use a challenger for a 1v1 set. Currently just destroying a guy over and over and I feel sort of bad because of it.
mAc Chaos Posted August 20, 2013 Posted August 20, 2013 Currently just destroying a guy over and over and I feel sort of bad because of it. i saw that
Ctrlaltwtf Posted August 20, 2013 Posted August 20, 2013 i saw that He's just obviously new to the game, not much else to be said.
Lord Pwnge18 Posted August 20, 2013 Posted August 20, 2013 There is no such thing as no room for improvement. No such person exists Man, you guys are no fun and Toan, for realsies, add me on psn if you wanna play. I dunno what your psn is
mAc Chaos Posted August 20, 2013 Posted August 20, 2013 nofunallowed.jpg I liked the effort. Finally got to use my Cell gif too.
Errol Posted August 20, 2013 Posted August 20, 2013 That was only because I could get the english version for 360 when it came out over here. BB isn't good enough for me to buy it twice on the same system. Wow, so you're going to be behind me by half a year by the time we play CP?
toanenadiz Posted August 20, 2013 Posted August 20, 2013 No. Other people where I am are getting it so I will be able to play it, just not netplay unless I get to borrow it from them.
Errol Posted August 20, 2013 Posted August 20, 2013 No. Other people where I am are getting it so I will be able to play it, just not netplay unless I get to borrow it from them. hmm...
Ctrlaltwtf Posted August 20, 2013 Posted August 20, 2013 (edited) That was hella weird looking. Ragna vs. Tager we just double clashed on like, 5B and j2C, then he did j2C again and clashed with a Hell's Fang then the additional attack missed him. j2C continued after the clash but didn't hit me. ggs ryuroh, sleep II terror. Perseverance award to Burningimage. Just keep playing man, only way to improve. Edited August 20, 2013 by Ctrlaltwtf
someonewhodied Posted August 20, 2013 Posted August 20, 2013 I need to improve blocking. I'm actually grab rejecting now I just need to have the patience to block and not mash out of every overhead I see since I don't have a DP. I should make hakumen my 4th sub
