Fistmaster049 Posted March 2, 2013 Posted March 2, 2013 Shoutouts to I CyberNinja I for kicking people in his lobby just to play me, only to rage-quit when I astralled him, then proceeding to send me some of the most fucking retarded messages ever. Cool dude. wow really? I remember being pretty tame with his salt, lol What did I say? He sounds almost as bad as SilentSnip3 (OR w/e his name was). EDIT: UK tier List: S+ TrinityBurst C- Everyone else E HexaNoid Trinity isn't that good he has rage quit on me once or twice
Kriegdrache Posted March 2, 2013 Posted March 2, 2013 Pros of PSN: No-one has mics. Pros of XBL: You can actually play
mAc Chaos Posted March 2, 2013 Posted March 2, 2013 Having mics is a pro on XBL since you can actually talk to people who are not dbags.
LustrolSeizaki Posted March 2, 2013 Posted March 2, 2013 Pros of PSN: No-one has mics. Pros of XBL: You can actually play We don't have the luxury of just plugging in your mic to your controller, so really it's that nobody wants to get up. PSN for lazy community.
Kriegdrache Posted March 2, 2013 Posted March 2, 2013 PSN is full of dickbags tho, so no-one having mics is a plus.
Adam0812 Posted March 2, 2013 Posted March 2, 2013 GGS seo, need to stop jumping and learn where ragna can be poked out (wouldn't be suprised if his shit is airtight ) Gonna work on my lambda for a while now I think. Your haz is really coming along, still dont think he needs a DP though. And rags, well he's just a monster. Blood kain is probably the most retarded thing IMO, it being his overdrive in CP seems much fairer. Play anytime as always pal
-Seo Posted March 2, 2013 Posted March 2, 2013 ggs Adam. Alot of Ragnas stuff is pretty airtight, but only 2C leaves me at + and even then it's only +1. Try and learn the range of his 2C and you can learn when 2C will whiff then, easy punish considering 2C whiff is a commonly used tool. I still can't seem to hit hirentotsu loops online at all, feels like I'm not playing Hazama right at all then, haha, I agree that I don't think he needs a DP though, albeit his is pretty average. Lambda is still a pain for me as ever. If I'm ever on BB, feel free to send me an invite and I'll more than likely join!
bakahyl Posted March 2, 2013 Posted March 2, 2013 ggs Adam. Alot of Ragnas stuff is pretty airtight Actually if you IB very well, Ragna has quite some holes in his offence to dp him out of it.
-Seo Posted March 2, 2013 Posted March 2, 2013 Actually if you IB very well, Ragna has quite some holes in his offence to dp him out of it. Only a few things really like 2B > stuff (except 5B) and gatlings into 2D being the most common ones. After that, it'd just be knowing when a 6D or DS is coming.
bakahyl Posted March 2, 2013 Posted March 2, 2013 Only a few things really like 2B > stuff (except 5B) and gatlings into 2D being the most common ones. After that, it'd just be knowing when a 6D or DS is coming. IB'in 2c and his D's makes some of things unsafe as well and many of Ragna's specials are very much punishable on IB (some of them , like HG doesn't even need IB to be punished)
-Seo Posted March 2, 2013 Posted March 2, 2013 IB'in 2c and his D's makes some of things unsafe as well and many of Ragna's specials are very much punishable on IB (some of them , like HG doesn't even need IB to be punished) True, but you shouldn't really be using 5D in pressure anyway (2D is safe on IB at the right distances, and 6D > j.D is safe on IB). HF and GH being unsafe goes without saying as well, haha, shouldn't be throwing them out unless you have the meter to make them safe.
bakahyl Posted March 3, 2013 Posted March 3, 2013 HF and GH being unsafe goes without saying as well, haha, shouldn't be throwing them out unless you have the meter to make them safe. I see lot's of ragna players on psn throwing out random Hells Fangs and GH, just to approach me as a Mu player
-Seo Posted March 3, 2013 Posted March 3, 2013 Shame on them for making a terrible match-up much worse for themselves, lol.
Darret_Wallace Posted March 3, 2013 Posted March 3, 2013 hells fang > inferno divider is the best ragna blockstring.
InWithTheAshes Posted March 3, 2013 Posted March 3, 2013 (edited) @Milln: I can agree with this. My view on Chrono Trigger is similar towards my view on TWEWY: I feel as if they could have done more with the game. I mean, no random battles was a fine idea, but eventually only made grinding take more time. And it has one of the most unfair Party abiliy/ enemy ability ratio in RPGs (Admittedly gets better if you don't recruit Magus, but it's still wildly in your favour, even considering Lavos/ Dream Devourer And GG's to Omegablaz and... AUREABOSS, was it? Both quality players. Although the latter kicked me. Despite the fact that I was neither winning any - thing nor being completely pathetic. Still, GG's though. GG's to TrinityBurst. Slightly less troll this time, but still finds some time to partake within that area (Pointless double gold burst swag finisher GO.). GG's to Simmatron, Fist and Seo. I still hate dead spike, going to work upon that. However, I have learnt that Ressenga can be 2B'd upon reaction, so that's cool. Also, fine news for all (Even the people who don't like ponies, considering the conditions): http://www.mane6.com/2013/03/m6v2.html#more. Edited March 3, 2013 by InWithTheAshes
Adam0812 Posted March 3, 2013 Posted March 3, 2013 Actually if you IB very well, Ragna has quite some holes in his offence to dp him out of it. That's the same everyone and tbh I don't think, just IB everything is a solution everyone can use, plus, seo got frame traps, 2a > 2c seemed to get me, whether a true frame trap or I'm just slow
Kriegdrache Posted March 3, 2013 Posted March 3, 2013 Haku vs Mu is fun for all the family. Favorite matchup tbh.
bakahyl Posted March 3, 2013 Posted March 3, 2013 Haku vs Mu is fun for all the family. Favorite matchup tbh. I agree it is, it's still fun while at the same time it is not that much harder for Mu except Mu has to revise her normal playing style entirely because of his projectile cutting abilities and counters. It's far less frustrating than against Valkanhayn, Taokaka or Lambda
InWithTheAshes Posted March 3, 2013 Posted March 3, 2013 Perhaps her lasers are ultraviolet? That would explain the phenomenon.
bakahyl Posted March 3, 2013 Posted March 3, 2013 (edited) That's the same everyone and tbh I don't think, just IB everything is a solution everyone can use, plus, seo got frame traps, 2a > 2c seemed to get me, whether a true frame trap or I'm just slow Didn't notice this earlier. There is indeed 1 frame between 2a and 2c on normal block, but you can still dp through it or keep blocking. That's why i stopped doing frame traps (like Mu's 2b 2c or 2b 3c) on certain characters like Tager who will 720 me out of 1 frame openings (or 4 frames on IB) edit: i even have seen people who like to mash getting hit by a FC 6c after 5c 6c ...... Kujikawa Posted March 4, 2013 Posted March 4, 2013 hells fang > inferno divider is the best ragna blockstring. Dem' 50/50 mix-up. Only if people didn't IB.
Hutchy214 Posted March 4, 2013 Posted March 4, 2013 (edited) Dem' 50/50 mix-up. Only if people didn't IB. thats why they call stuff like this netplay tactics no one IBs on netplay no-one This is ragna we're talking about yeah but its noel .... 2D and 4D shouldnt be enough to convince you she is just as stupid as ragna :P "4D>2D>623D all day erryday" Edited March 4, 2013 by Hutchy214
