The only other player in the world to achieve a level 100 on BB was D Burst back on CT. But the account was shared by like 4 people. I heard that Pisces was not just one person and was shared, but everytime I've spoke to him in party he always sounds the same :S

More like "I love beating up on lower-leveled players to inch my way towards a high rank!" Also, Pisces' account isn't shared =w= I used to talk to the guy and stuff. So far I'd say the best BB player would be Sasaki ... then again he used Arakune. Had a 95% win rate for the longest time on each iteration with a few thousand games, if that means anything. The guy is terrifying to watch play.
