Funny enough I can't think of anything dumb about Tsubaki. Ever.

I agree that the match is mostly in Ragna's favour, that being said, it is still pretty difficult because:

- The tide of the match can indeed change depending on the items Plat has. This can easily put ragna on the defensive..if you take into account instant overheads with the frying pan. Ontop of that, you have VERY good swallow moon mix up, a command throw and very good oki.

-Ragna's have to be careful about throwing out a DP, as most characters look to bait that anyway. If you have very good blockstrings with Plat, i'll basically be sitting there all day, amongst the mix up, until i see a gap, or i try to get gutsy and DP.

-She has projectilesssss lol. (Not much of a big deal with plat actually)

Despite what the match-up is, i honestly feel that the match could go either way, with ragna winning, or plat winning.

When Ragna gets in he locks down Platinum completely. Most of Plat's match-up rely on random generated items, it's hard to determine some stuff. Her 5A is now -1 so her pressure isn't as good, but it's still good. Swallow Moon mix-up isn't all that amazing, using it can be very risky, it can be disrespected a lot.

Nearly every character, lol. Same with Makoto imo, she's got pretty much nothing going for her. Shame, since she's alot of fun to use.

CS2, different story. Though I never found her annoying, she was the "cool" S-Tier character unlike that bitch Noel >_<

Most characters in the game have had their moment to shine, no ones really been bad throughout all the games, but there are some characters that have been pretty good throughout all games - Tao for example.

Arc's Way of Balancing:

- See which character wins SBO = Nurf them

- See which character got least played/qualified in SBO = Buff them

God I hope Hima's Valk wins SBO this year =P

This is going to be like the 5th time i'd have to explain this to people.

Ragna's j.C buff was very much needed. As you all know, ragna has NO projectiles, His j.C is his ONLY way of getting in, especially against characters like Mu, Lambda and Rachel. Every other character in the game has projectiles OR a way to deal with/avoid projectiles...Ragna is probably the only character that suffers against projectiles, as he has none, or a legit way to deal with it.

This "buff" in Carnage Scissors still didn't help his cause. Now tell me, if he didn't have this j.C buff, how the heck would he get in? even with the buff, it's still very hard to get in. Fair enough it's stupid against characters like tager, but you need to look at Ragna vs the world, not ragna vs tager.

Ragna is not as good as people exclaim him to be. The only thing he has in his favour is a very good DP, and consistant moderate to high damage. ._.

You can explain it all you want, but there are other ways they could've done that. You think Ragna has problems getting in on Zoners and needed a buff against them? Try being Tager. Then you'll realise that Ragna didn't have it so bad that they needed to buff his j.C.

It seems like you're trying to justify what doesn't need to be justified. We all know Ragna is a pick up and play monster with retarded everything. She he has infinites and 9K combos meterless from 5A standing. Not to mention his 5B is only a .5 frame startup with 60 active frames that all do 2K points of chip.

No seriously though. Ragna didn't need any buffs at all. Tweak him and give him the 6B hard knockdown, I can't see why they buffed him and railroaded Tsubaki. I'm not even salty here but I'm getting angry just typing.

Tager got a lot better. He builds meter out the ass and gets more damage along with it. That and he always has some way to reset or get Gadget Finger and do more stuff now.

BB = the game where everyone hates everyone no matter what their character already has. Tsubaki is the only bad character I really see. Makoto I haven't really seen lately, but I'm sure dem nerfs were well deserved. If you aren't Tsubaki or Makoto, you can't stay salty at everything.

Real talk though Makoto is worse than Tsubaki

My Bang BnB gives him 4 seals, 50 meter, transforms into FRKZ and ends in astral. I just haven't posted it in the Bang forums yet. Starts off 5a/2a.
