looking at Shin's post kinda motivated to do better, even though it didn't apply to me.

I should be on break right now, but I'm too stubborn and just want to play. This is me right now...

Someone want to play some?

Edit: After I shower....Forgot I did yard work and gotta clean up again. Stinky Netplay is bad Netplay. Damn it Zeron you reminded me those assholes in Abyss robbed me of my BB bucks and I need to get em back. But yeah after a quick shower I'll play. get a 4 man room started and save me space. I'm sure two other people from DL will join.

This is not a rage-post, just good old advice from one player to another, so don't take what I'm going to say personally:

This here could very well be your issue. I see you posting up about playing Lambda, then one day I hear you playing Mu-12, then a week later I heard you were playing Relius and I heard in the Rumor mill (not sure if this is true) that you were playing Noel? You need to stick to one character until you get them down because you're gonna continue to be inconsistant with that character because you're not sticking to them during the learning process.

If you main Lambda, stick with Lambda until you get to a level where you feel like you're good, then move on to other characters. You're putting your time and effort into your main then when things don't work out, you wanna main another character the next week. Your growth is being stunted because of the constant flip-flop from character to character, so you're constantly stuck in the learning process and won't understand how your character works.

This is what you need to do: Sit down and think about what character you enjoy playing the most (this doesn't necessarily mean who you win with the most), then stick with that character and learn them. Do not switch up until you feel as if you're completely comfortable with that character (This doesn't necessarily mean "Master" that character). Once that happens and time goes by, with taking your wins and holding your losses, learning from your losses and playing in a way you're comfortable with, you will see the major growth in yourself.

Hell it worked for me in Extend. I did not play Bang (My sub) until I felt I got Jin down, and I've done this every iteration of BlazBlue and it's put me on notice, hell, it's put me up there to even have been considered to be a Jin mod so the work I'm doing is being recognized. Stick to one character until you feel comfortable, and watch what happens.

I kinda have this problem right now

Since Tsubaki has become kind of disappointing, I've been going for a new main. Relius was alright, but he's better in theory than execution. I've done Ragna, and he was okay; I can sort of play him. Litchi is actually most promising, because fuck yeah okizeme charas and mixup options, but her exec is hard as shit compared to what I'm used to.

I'm leaning towards Litchi, honestly, but keep falling back on Relius since I don't feel like I can do enough with Litchi to be effective yet

Mu is the character I want to learn, mainly because I have people saying she's better than my Lambda. I decided to drop Lambda for now until I get Mu down to the point I know the matchups. I've been flip flopping because there are days I do so well and then there are days I stare at my screen and wonder wtf happened.

Like today.

So I am not using Lambda until I get Mu down.

And don't be so defensive, lol. I didn't think it was a rage post. I am actively taking advice now because I *do* want to get better.

Guess we have the same issue. I just get tired of running away with Lambda. I know that's how she;s meant to be played but lately I've become more aggressive. And someone better not mention learning Ragna or I swear...:psyduck:

But that's how it is. I play Mu more aggressive than I play Lambda now.

Anyways...GGs Zaldus. Not a bad Makoto you have there.

Ragna isn't that aggressive.

Then again, I'm used to HVAkiha, and that's aggressive as shit

...I've fought Ragnas that were out for blood. He can be very scary.

Oh, that reminds me. GGs Thai_My_Shoes. I was disappointed with myself today and didn't play 100%. I'm getting our of the slump though.

What the fuck!? He's real!?

....:psyduck:

Took me like 4 matches to finally mash out MTW with Tager. If only I knew his BnB....

I wanna say GGs Zeron, but my brain is uncertain if what we had were called "games". lol lazy casuals as Batou would call it

In a room with LK. Vice Taicho was just here but left. Man it was hype.

GGs LK. Please teach me how to mash like you.

Just hope the other guy has a very simple, linear playstyle~

Gonna warm up for PP atm

Actually Zeron I think we should have more lazy casuals since PP is coming up soon. If I eat now, I'll end up eating later during the PP stream.

I think we should make a list of lulzy shit to do though instead of just Beginner Mode/Lolpressbuttons with people we dont even know.

Like clashing moves to make like bunch of em chain together....or just clash ID cause why the fuck not lol.

I was trying to clash j.2C with Tager but you kept j.A ing <__<

ok ahhh lesse... how about clashing MTW with Hakumen's C moves? It looks really cool. lol

Or we could clash ID to the heavens.

Posted (edited)

I dont think the j.2C clashes with each other cause I was trying too trust me lol. Oh I know lets use Unlimited Characters....I bought Tager just for this lol

damn it arcsys.... 3 5A limit is gay

I'm doing a team stream test for tomorrow's stream test. Look for H4NZ0_THE_R42012's room if you want in or ask for an inv. Please do because noone has joined up yet. :<

does everyone really only use invite only rooms?

Yeah, it's annoying, but that is PSN...

I like my 1 open and 1 private slot rooms.

Usually I'll end up inviting someone and a random can join in to mix things up.

I do this exact same thing. <3

Also, maybe PSN players just stick to the people they know they have good connections with and fuck everyone else.
