Right, I told a few people I'd post that. The game is called E's Laf, and you can download it at the following link:

After extracting, run config.exe to setup controls (third tab for joystick. First column is directions, second is A/B/C/D, third is F/unused/start/select).

Also, Aquapazza is finally here. Day one impressions:

• Touka is a lot slower/stiffer than I thought. Might not be able to use her.
  
• Chizuru is fun. Need to play around with assists more, but if nothing else Rina is a nice one-time(-ish) damage boost/instant pressure machine. Also her lvl3 looks awesomely powerful, even if it takes 2 or 3 seconds to activate.
  
• Tamaki gets obscene damage for no good reason (oh wait, she's a grappler). Only gripe sofar is that you need to spin the stick to fuck and back to get max damage on her 360/720 grab (also, fuck 360/720 inputs, just sayin').
