Chie's Dp is ok, cross-ups pwn it unless we cancel into power charge and it has 21 Recovery frames I believe.

I also didn't know her 5c was a go to at neutral to stuff orgia. Also, are there any decent Kanji players east coast? I realized like Chie and Mitsuru, I don't know the MU from the defensive end.
