We're both importing. :P never go with playasia and by a greater degree, yesasia. They're complete ripoffs when it comes to new releases, and don't get me started on their shipping. amiami or nin-nin is the way to go.

We're both importing. :P Mostly a financial one. I lack the funds for importing otherwise I'd be importing a lot of other games from Japan. The other issue is my lack of understanding of the language. I am one of those weird mutants that needs to understand the story since I like it so damn much and I can't do that with the Japanese copy.

All of my games are from playasia and amiami. Maybe you had a bad experience with them but this current console generation all my titles are imports which I used their services to obtain and I still have yet to be treated bad.

Japan idolizes concepts over execution, which is why we still see the same shitty character archetypes in EVERYTHING. Also, while I doubt they had a big presence, these polls were opened internationally.

Makoto is like five different fetishes wrapped in one, and Platinum is a magical girl loli, and Japan eats that shit up. I'm honestly surprised by Hakumen's place tho, he was never one of the more prominently featured characters in alternate media so that shocked me.
