People are still unsure of how best to use them, and want to keep their burst just in case.

Definitely going to give her a shot once the game hits consoles. It's funny, I always seem to like the alternate versions of characters more than the originals. Hakumen over Jin, Mu over Noel, and now Izayoi over Tsubaki.

That pattern being Red, Blue, Green, Yellow and "Netplay Black". EDIT: Mmmm dat chocolate color, also I should've known her palettes would give her the option to show more skin. Not digging any of the deaults. Indian Izayoi is good I suppose. Going to have to see the dlc when the site updates them for her
