Probably something to do with them having only 1/20 the budget Capcom USA has. Most of the japanese ones are very annoying where most the english ones are too cheesy and bland. Zio_IV Posted December 7, 2012 Posted December 7, 2012 Nah, Having Berger do the "Jecht voice" doesn't really seem fitting for Azrael. Even at his worst, Jecht never sounded menacing or threatening. I'm also casting my vote on Crispin Freeman for this one. A dude like Azrael seems right up his alley.

He already voiced a fabulous character who dresses in white and golden robes and wears a peacock on his shoulders (and even combs his hair with a peacock feather). Voicing Amane would actually fit him pretty well.

It could definitely work. He voiced the ultra fabulous devil forger Isaac in Castlevania Curse of Darkness. From the few match videos I saw, I got the impression Amane's voice is still unmistakingly male so something on those lines would do the trick. Alternatively, Vic Mignona could possibly nail it. He voiced Tenkai in the localized Sengoku Basara 3. Not as fabulous but slightly more malicious. I would say I'd rather hear Liam voice Relius but I see he's already voiced by the guy who's got a thing for Katherine McBride. On that note, where's the Lumen Sage palette for Relius? All things considered it's really just a re-arrangement of his default palette. He doesn't play BlazBlue, so I don't think he browses this section. Doesn't stop me from enjoying the music. *listening to Azrael's theme as I write this post* I admit that besides being embarrassingly bad at fighting games in general, I just never got into the BB mythology. I do genuinely like Relius (no surprise there) so that would certainly be a main, with maybe some Bullet and Arakune on the side.

For Amane i was thinking yeh he's fab and all but his seiyuu doesnt really play to it. he still sounds like a dude and it works awesomely so my favorite would be Yuri Lowenthal or Johnny Yong Bosch(yeh he is everywhere but he could work for him) i didnt think of Vic Mignona but he'd be perfect too

Honestly I think it's in part due to the fact that the "initial spike" of hype is dying down. We've seen the new moves (Agito) and how they're used (all the time).
