Kiba Posted February 17, 2013 Author Posted February 17, 2013 (edited) I'm not sure, maybe Errol or PK would know? 2/9 Kakario Sanshou Mosu (TS) vs Ikegami (BA) Naoya (HZ) vs Mosu (TS) Edited February 17, 2013 by Kiba
Errol Posted February 17, 2013 Posted February 17, 2013 Why do they call kuresu "Himawari" ? link a video for me to look at
pktazn Posted February 17, 2013 Posted February 17, 2013 They first call him Himawari in the video against Yutta. I honestly think they're just doing it to mess with people, considering they called Spinoza "Kuresu" and have called Kuresu "Tachikawa's Konan" before. It's not the first times the Tsubakis in Tachikawa have done this haha.

His blockstrings are too long and unsafe and he's relying on the same things. (5BB > 6A countless times and using 6C > j.D > j.C. You see Hinako punish him for that.) He hasn't even attempted a normal grab in pressure. 2/23 Central Hachiouji Kuresu (TS) vs Jiro (AM) Kuresu (TS) vs nao (VK) Hiyoko (AR) vs Kuresu (TS)

Airk Posted February 27, 2013 Posted February 27, 2013 Well, I guess Japan thinks Tsubaki is decent this time out, since there are WAY more people playing her than there were in Extend.

pktazn Posted March 1, 2013 Posted March 1, 2013 (edited) Tsubaki Combos by Tonotsubomi 2/23 Central Hachiouji (there was more lol) Spinoza vs Kotsubu (MU) Spinoza vs Momoiro (RA) Edited March 1, 2013 by pktazn
Kiba Posted March 1, 2013 Author Posted March 1, 2013 Tsubaki Combos by Tonotsubomi Was wondering when this'll pop up. Seeing that has made me question a particular corner combo however. 5BB > 5CC > 22D > 6C > j.D > j.C > 5C > 2CC > 236C > 5A > 5C > 2C > 236B > 214B > 22B does 3.1k, but if you use the CT route you're only adding 400 damage. With the heat gain battered I wouldn't opt for the CT route. I'll still keep them both there however because the CT combo seems easier, but for those who are more comfortable with Tsubaki's combos, I would advise to save the 25 heat for something better. (Please bear in mind I'm not saying do not use the CT route)
pktazn Posted March 1, 2013 Posted March 1, 2013 Yeah, sorry. It was under a different tag than I generally check so I didn't see it until this morning when Jourdal sent it to me haha.
Kiba Posted March 1, 2013 Author Posted March 1, 2013 (edited) Dw I'm not blaming you aha! No need to apologise you're not at fault! Edited March 2, 2013 by Kiba
Ginseng Posted March 2, 2013 Posted March 2, 2013 Most of the time, Kuresu goes for the crush trigger route. However, you have to take into account that he almost never uses 5BB in the combo itself.
