Stream/Recording rig is up and running, outside of a small audio issue that I need to fix (Using a workaround right now that won't do if I want commentary). The bitrate is so wide that the computer that's recording it can't even play it back without stuttering (there's a your mama joke in there somewhere...). Only issue is that I'm on component and the wires that it came with have bad shielding so there's some ghosting. I miiiiiiiiight be able to come next week Monday for about an hour from 6. I really won't be able to get anything done but I just want to check the place out for myself.

Haha. That was just a loose jack. I've got a heavy L/R Analog to 3.5mm headphone jack sticking out the back of my computer. Not the most secure piece of audio hardware. Also, for the all out attack mashing, are you actually having trouble mashing or catching the launcher/knockdown?
LiveWireX Posted January 25, 2013 Posted January 25, 2013 If he's actually having trouble getting to the 15 hits before the Launcher/Knockback part, then he might want to try mashing A and B instead of A or B, about 7 times or so. Granted, it's a lot easier on a stick and I can't imagine doing it on pad, especially a 360 pad but well, that's how I do it. Even if when I did it using Chie at first I'd accidentally wind up over mashing so I'd miss the point and wind up with an OMC'd j.C after.
Essay Posted January 25, 2013 Posted January 25, 2013 Yeah, A+B is what I'm dialing in for AoA's too. In my mind, what I'm doing is mashing at a consistent speed and listening to the game sounds. On the 5th of the follow-up "smacks" I should be hitting C/D. I imagine Krackatoa's using his patented left-handed hit-box, which, IIRC, is dual-modded, so if you bring your PS3, you can play at least one other guy.

Reminds me, Imperialsport, is your stick/stuff that you use dual-modded or no? Since well, the more people with dual-modded sticks the better, and when I actually get money and can get a Qanba, then the system barrier won't be an issue either.

I haven't really practiced it. ARE YOU TECHNOLOGY Yes. I am. Also, my Hitbox isn't patented. It's just the only left-handed one the Hitbox guys had. What I bought was a prototype. Numbers have been extremely variable as of late. We generally have a healthy turnout of ArcSys fans (Roughly four guys), so you should be good. Worst case, we can play.
