Remember, you have until 11:59 PM on May 5th until Late Registration kicks in! Do it now to save you the extra $10 you would have to pay if you late register. UFGT 9 Official Schedule is up! This is for the main games, all Side Tournaments will happen on Sunday as planned.

We get to hang again like we used to when I stayed down in Michigan, this will be GDLK! As I've said before, if you're coming down for BlazBlue and Guilty Gear, I will be holding those tournaments on Sunday. I will take names on Friday and Saturday to have a good number of estimated entrants and how much time to expect for each game is needed. I will then, take funds later so things are ran smoothly and don't conflict with the main games on Sunday. Does that sound good guys?

That would give me 2.5 hours to run BB which I feel is more than enough time which is just before the Persona 4: Arena tournament that starts @1:30PM. I'll be running GG shortly after P4U Top 8 is over which is expected to end around 3-3:30PM. EDIT: Heads up; BlazBlue: EX and GGAC+ tournament will be ran on the Playstation3, so make preparations for this guys! Edited April 25, 2013 by Shinsyn

I know Amadeous is bringing a full setup and I'm definitely bringing a setup so we can at least have 2 dedicated GG setups in our room whenever. I'm assuming the Chicago locals staying at the venue will also be bringing full setups so hopefully we'll have a good amount of setups for casuals and making the tournament run smoothly.

Due to the changes, I will be moving the BlazBlue and Guilty Gear side tournaments around a bit. BlazBlue: Continuum Shift - Extend, will begin Sunday at 11AM Guilty Gear: Accent Core+, will begin Sunday at 1PM Persona 4: Arena Top 8, will begin Sunday at 4PM All the changes for main games are in the image below:

AKA and two more from STL should be there Friday with a setup, I believe, so somebody get at us for games. As it stands, however, I think they're leaving sometime Sunday so I'm not sure they'll be able to play in the tournament. Sucks but I don't think anyone planned on Sunday side events and nobody checks Dustloop anymore
