kryman123 Posted December 8, 2008 Posted December 8, 2008 yeah..it would be really lame, if her name is revealed means the end of the story. It would be "VERY,VERY" lame.. and I am really interest regarding to the multiple Compassionless Apocalypse theory...and it does it have to do anything with I-no?
Zazz Posted December 8, 2008 Posted December 8, 2008 Though Zazz, I suppose you want your perfect "family" ending. of course i love a nice sappy ending. real life is far too depressing to have the fiction i'm enjoying to be just as bad. as i said earlier in this thread, i'm a hopeless romantic.

Zazz Posted December 8, 2008 Posted December 8, 2008 Not all stories .... have an happy ending you know. true, but not all stories have been running for almost 10 years.
RockYou424 Posted December 9, 2008 Posted December 9, 2008 the guilty gear series has a 10 years of story telling? wow, I never realize it was this long !

Circuitous Posted December 9, 2008 Posted December 9, 2008 Also, any tips for this aspiring writer who's trying to write a Guilty Gear/Kingdom Hearts fic? I'm pairing up calm lightning, Ky Kiske....and Psycho electro, Larxene. My only tip would be to go outside a little more often. Or better yet try just writing an original work instead of yet another lame-ass crossover fanfic.
Lou_Cypher Posted December 9, 2008 Posted December 9, 2008 My only tip would be to go outside a little more often. Or better yet try just writing an original work instead of yet another lame-ass crossover fanfic. But crossovers are...cute. Well, depending on what the crossover is really... Also, I bet Dizzy will die at the end of the series, Ky's wife or not.
Zazz Posted December 9, 2008 Posted December 9, 2008 crossovers are rarely ever good unless they're official like Super Robot Wars games. :D and my opinion on fanfics: some can be good, but the VAST majority are bad. doujins are the exception because you can get away with anything if you have artistic talent! why can't people do more stuff like the things in the scans thread? that may & aba story was very funny.
Blade Posted December 9, 2008 Posted December 9, 2008 Some official crossovers aren't all that great either if you ask me.
Ashercroix Posted December 9, 2008 Posted December 9, 2008 WUT, Ky and Larxene? O_o Talk about a crack pairing... Ky'd never be with anyone who treats "Marquis de Sade" as their personal Bible. D:

Blade Posted December 14, 2008 Posted December 14, 2008 Source: http://bladerassasin.deviantart.com/art/Lightening-the-Argent-106007584 Chapter 1 -LALALA- A song of joy without a hint of fear. To put it this way, it is the voice of a small bird in their first of spring. The dance of the young deer beneath the bountifully shining sun. These were the only words to describe such a song The song before the song of the light and life-loving mermaid, the sound of the song that loves all in the world. If one with ears that can hear were to listen, their hearts would be touched with warmth. Full of happiness like that of one who lived in darkness to see the light for their first time. Yet the star of the song is yet to know who they truly are. The song was heard even in unknown places in the darkness underground. One man who heard this song of joy closed his eyes in sadness. His face looked old, yet young in other aspects. "Justice... Is any traces of my plan still left?" Three shadows appeared behind the sighing, mumbling man. To one of the shadows, he spoke, "Raven... The sample and its destruction; Would you follow though? A moment of tense silence passed in the darkness. "A billion lives are lost. And yet you long for power once more?" The one who killed their compatriots, ripped the mountains, cracked the ground, polluted the sea, the one who made the wind dizzy, the one who because of a desire for existence and destructive impulse, destroyed them self and all that surrounds them. So long ago, it had been told that man had risen greater than nature. But the man knew, that there was a time when an island was changed to wilderness by people, resulting in the domination of nature, and destroying themselves. People may have risen higher than nature, but we can never underestimate the powers of nature we have never seen. Therefore, we do not know if there might be a chance that nature will one day rule over mankind. The man thought of the billions who died at his hand, and of their meaning. The next to hear the song was "the beast". "The beast" was sleeping. Following the commands, it fought with all of the strength it could muster to the very brink of death, and was born to slaughter endlessly. After sacrificing every last breath of strength it could spare for the command, it now lay sleeping, its heart idle. "The beast" did not dream. The only thoughts in its mind were that of self-healing and preservation of its strength, as well as that of fights it had encountered in the past. Even now "the beast" was simulating in its head a combat that took place in the past, measuring every angle and perspective as to better apply strategy. "The beast” was creating for the sole purpose of killing humans. It served no further purpose. In the simulation, "the beast" had just arrived in a city known as London. A resounding cry from "the beast"'s five heads reduced a skyscraper to sand. Its six sharp legs shredded any nearby soldiers to pieces. Neither the arrows, nor the spears that flew at "the beast" could puncture its skin.

However there were none who dared approach “the beast” in the first place. Their first enemy was the small parasites released from the belly of“the beast”, that when inhaled mauled both the offending soldiers and fleeing soldiers. In the course of one night, London was left in ruins. Then, one warrior of the resistance came forth. Following his lead, the chaos died down and the soldiers recovered from their initial shock. And draining upon all of their strength, they boosted the man up on a guard tower. Lightning and sparks of flame, wind and fire, drawing on strength from all the power in the world, countless missiles of plasma slew through the sky, illuminating the sky like stars. As a vast amount of energy raised the land, one gray-haired man stood alone before “the beast” The weapon the man wielded was one like “the beast” had never before seen. The edge of the blade attached to the hilt was as tall as a fully-grown man, and resembled something closer to a butcher’s knife than a sword. It seemed as though the blade held a motto of striking down an incredible amount of mass in a critical blow. “The beast” remained unmoving. Instead, the parasites positioned themselves before the beat in a single line formation. Each was as large as cattle, some drawing (the preceding number) from their horns, others spewing out toxic gas from their nostrils. All were covered in the blood of its victims. Countless in number, they all flew steadily towards the man. The man spun the weapon once in his right hand. The air split open and a vacuum lashed outwards. Without a chance to so much as feel the pain, the beasts fell, sliced in half. The man continues to close in on the distance between himself and “the beast“. However, “the beast”’s method of attack was to leap lightly over its opponent. Seven legs flew at the man from seven different angles. He spun pasted the first four legs, and the remaining three hit the ground before getting a chance to hit him. The plasma stars that flew crossing over the skies acted as catapults to the man. Taking the “energy” and using it to create elasticity, he continues onwards flying in between the stars. Then, he releases the energy, projecting himself, covering the distance in a manner of seconds, and spiralling within a few dozen meters of “the beast”’s head. However, this strategy was already a predicted part of the simulation. The moment the man reaches his target, “the beast” shifted his mind. Having received new orders, “the beast”’s legs twisted like snakes, flying outwards and assaulting the man from behind. At the same time, five heads released five ear-splitting roars. Faster than the speed of sound, the man raised his left arm against the incoming sound waves. Releasing an explosive energy, he deflected the shockwave. Passing :the beast”’s legs destroyed from the explosion, the man aimed for the head, coming in with a mighty blow. Along with the impact from the shockwave, one of “the beast”’s ten eyes spurt a fountain of blood. The soldiers cheered his victory of the first blow on. But both the man and “the beast” knew, the fight had but just begun… After three days and nights, the man had managed to take three of “the beast”’s heads, and four of its legs, rendering it immobile. However, “the beast” still refused to perish. Its life force was extraordinarily powerful, and another battle was still in store for the man. Eventually, “the beast” was sealed away. “The beast” was tied down with thirteen stakes, and two large stones were placed on its head. And in case misfortune was to befall them and the beast was to be released, guards were put into place to survey the creature at all times. Although the borders around London were blocked off, the barricades should not be needed. For not one building in the vicinity had escaped annihilation, and the toxic fumes that rose from cracks in the ground. Even the land that might be passed as safe had frozen in the moulded shape of waves they had formed in the battle, and could not quite be called areas to be used and walked on. …And “the beast’s” simulation returned to the start. From the thousands, tens of thousands of times “the beast” had repeated the scenario, it could no longer recall what parts were real, and what parts were merely simulation. Or it may have all been just a dream. A sweet dream of agonized death cries and blood. Time heals all scars. And if mankind required it, it could adapt to any environment. Even to hell-like cities, people came, if slowly and cautiously. Over sixty years, a colony off the face of maps emerged on the contained area… -LALALA- For the first time in countless years, the dream ended. The song that melted frozen hearts, “the beast” took in with cold indifference. However, it did succeed in reawakening the beast’s shattered conscious to the world. Slowly, the beast began to shift. The ground shook slightly. However there were no more commands, and its body refused to obey. Soon afterwards, “the beast” lapsed back into its dreams. At the same time as “the beast”, “the guardian” opened its eyes. The one under guard’s bio-weapons… Feeling a change the life-signs of a hydra-type creature, “the guardian”’s former abilities were restored. However, the pulse that “the guardian” had felt disappeared after a moment. Sending an alarm signal to the command base, the moment it changed to human mode, it could sense another pulse nearby. Another weak pulse could be sensed from another section of the city. “The guardian” immediately created a “bug”. The “bug” made use of “the guardian”’s eyes, and had a pair of tiny wings. “The guardian” sent the “bug” adrift on an air current to the scene. Heavy rain streamed down in the “bug”’s line of sight. Due to wards placed, the rain did not form pools, nor was it by affected by the wind, falling vertically onto the town. The rain thundered deafeningly as it hit the streets of stone heavily. Creating a thick, milky fog, the downpour flooded the entire city. Neither the agile night prowler nor the master of strength would wander in the rainstorm that would pelted your body until you lost all balance. Revised/Updated from last time.
JinSaotome Posted December 18, 2008 Posted December 18, 2008 Hey guys! If Sol (hypothetically) was Dizzy's dad and Justice is Dizzy's mom How'd she get blue hair ?_?
RockYou424 Posted December 18, 2008 Posted December 18, 2008 Hey Blade, can you post the 2nd chapter of Lightning the Argent novel please..thnxs !!
Blade Posted December 18, 2008 Posted December 18, 2008 @JinSaotome: We don't know, Yes maybe, and she might be a Justice Clone, but we don't know, we don't know WE DON'T KNOW!! @RockYou424: @.@ I'm not the one translating this! Bladerassassin is! Please be patient!!
Zazz Posted December 18, 2008 Posted December 18, 2008 i recall reading some LtA summaries a long time ago, but wasn't Ky in that much more zealous and almost JIN-LIKE in his actions in that? i know i read somewhere he was written differently than usual in the games . . .
SolRocks Posted December 19, 2008 Posted December 19, 2008 what makes you think that Dizzy is a clone of Justice? Do you a have a DIRECT proof? If so please explain, Blade!
Blade Posted December 19, 2008 Posted December 19, 2008 No direct proof. And because it's my own personal speculation, I can only say what I feel may be possible. --Dizzy claims Justice is her mother. (Said in Drama CD, but Dizzy mistakes the Justice Copy in AC+ for her mother, which implies that she has some idea of what her mother looks like). --Dizzy has traits similar to Justice. (i.e. Gamma Ray, Imperial Ray, Michael Sword) --Justice had red hair. --Dizzy has blue hair. --Valentine has red hair. --Valentine is a copy of Aria (said directly). --Valentine transforms into a "form" similar to Justice. (It is not confirmed how she achieves this form, though I speculated DNA borrowing from the Cube, I was incorrect, in fact the Cubes construct is based on Sol's DNA Algorhythm.) --Maiden of the Grove is said to be the rumored "gear with a bounty". (Matches Dizzy's story). --Maiden of the Grove is said to have a "Power equal to (if not surpassing) Justice". --Maiden of the Grove is also said (in Japanese) to be a "Justice Backup"/Or Justice Copy. --Maiden of the Grove's DNA is said to be the "key" that Unlocks "The Cube", which related more to Sol's DNA than Justice's but is carried not only by her, but also Sin. --Valentine mentions following her mother's orders...That Man says "jokingly" (according to Sol) that Valentine and Aria are the same person, the "Compassionless Apocalypse", a singular entity or series of entities similar to Valentine/Aria's current form/state. That Man goes on to say that Sol/That Man already "killed" Aria. Putting these facts together, several things can be "inferred". Obviously it infers that Dizzy is the Maiden of the Grove, Ky's Wife, and Sin's Mother, but it also infers that her DNA has similarity to Justice, and at the same time bears similarity to Sol's DNA. (Necro Install anyone?). While that is so, it is striking to me that Dr. Paradigm said her power is "equal to Justice" or that she is a "backup". So then, if Dizzy is a Justice backup...what is she in reality? What is she in relation to Justice? If Crow succeeds in capturing her in AC+ he intends to create the "D Series" of Dizzy clones. Now, we don't know if this actually happened or not...but lets say that it did and a conflict of Dizzy clones broke out...let's say that Ky had to deal with this ordeal and let's also say that he manages to rescue the "alpha" Dizzy. By this time, things might have changed, situation may be different, and a whole slew of other things. PURE SPECULATION. Add in the idea that Valentine/Aria clones have a "mother" and you have a branching family tree split down the middle. The root being Frederick "Sol Badguy/Prototype 00/Flame of Corruption", Type 01/"Justice"/Command Type...and then the tree splits. How it splits is anyone's guess...but to me there are two ways. 1) Justice was pregnant. 2) Someone has her DNA to clone with. (Or Dizzy's). It is quite possible that Justice did indeed have a child, and that child might very well be Valentine. Meanwhile, someone managed to successfully copy Justice's DNA...and that copy turned out to be Dizzy. Whether Justice is Aria or Valentine is Aria is again, anyone's guess, likely the latter to some degree, though Valentine says she has a mother, which leads me to think her mother is the real Aria/possibly Justice. I might be way off and in reality someone used Aria's DNA to make Justice and THEN Justice had Valentine....again, Pure Speculation. In any case, nothing on the part of Justice says she had anything to do with Dizzy. All that is said (gleaned from the Interview with Daisuke) is that Justice was pregnant. As for Dizzy...if we used the evidence relating to Maiden of the Grove and applied it to her, Dizzy would be a copy of Justice...unless the word "copy" is nomenclature for "daughter" (which I really don't think is the case)...it's what can be assumed. Again...this is all PURE SPECULATION. Any inferred info has yet to be confirmed or disproven...you can think what you want regarding this. THERE IS NO EVIDENCE FOR OR AGAINST IT YET.
