What I really hope for is that all of the characters will get a good amount of focus. Of course Ragna, Noel, Jin and Rachel will have more exposure; they're the main characters. However, what I like most in the BB story is seeing events from many character's point of view and seeing them develop and progress with their respective goals.

And I hope we won't have a close-up of Noel's ass or Litchi's cleavage every two minutes...

That's going to be kinda hard with only 13 episodes. Its probably gonna be similar to the current manga and CTR.

I wonder if they are going to continue with a second season or if they're going to try and tie up everything in just 13 episodes.

13 episodes? Well damn I didn't know that. So I guess we'll just get Reconstruction.

KyleHyde: I think this is supposed to only follow the event of CT. If they put CS stuff as well, things will be rushed like crazy.

Huh? I know that's what is most likely but AFAIK, there's actually no official confirmation of how many episodes.

Animes love to do those recap episodes, just make one for a time loop lol

And then there's Ragna's whole burning orphanage scene. They never really cleared up in the game how it went down. Did Jin do it. Was it Jin, but possessed by Hazama. Was Hazama actually there, etc.

The best way to do it would be how the CT game text did it: it was ambiguous enough so that you could be led to believe it was Jin, but then be consistent with the later developments that happened. But representing that visually is another story.

Well I'm just assuming, I highly doubt its a full 26 episodes. Then again, Persona 4 had 26 episodes so I could be wrong.

To who was deleted;

If you want to watch the PV, go watch it on the website. Do not re-upload it to YouTube and other sites. ASW is handing out copyright infractions for this stuff and we will not support it here.

Please do no link to ArcSys' videos unless it's from something official. Dustloop does not want to get in trouble over something stupid like this.

What did it say? Did it get posted anywhere here?

I talked with someone once who claimed to have read the second novel, and IIRC they said that Hazama killed Celica. Celica approached Jin after the fire started and he seemed almost catatonic and only capable of crying out for her. Then she noticed Yukianesa and was pretty shocked to see it. Hazama used Ouroboros killed her from behind. She tried to wrest Yukianesa away from Jin in her last moments but failed. I think there was a barrier involved to keep spirits like Terumi out but someone--whether Jin, Relius, whoever--dismantled it. Hazama was also able to heft Jin or Saya over his shoulder--yeah, despite not having a body. Take this all with a grain of salt!

I don't remember whether it was Hazama or Jin who cut off Ragna's arm, but Hazama's ghost form does seem to be capable of interacting to a limited extent with things. He's not fully incorporeal.

The anime will probably go with the scenes in the first or second novels, or just did a fragmentary version of it.

I have read the novels, only the church incident portion though. The one who started the fire was unknown. The one who broke the barrier surrounding the church was also unknown, but whoever did it used Yukianesa to do so from inside the church. The culprit cannot be Relius because he/she was an insider of the church. If we cross out Ragna and Sister, either Jin or Saya was the culprit. It's most likely Jin, but the novels (or Terumi in the novels) keep the culprit identity vague, so there's a small possibility that Saya did it.

Terumi cut Ragna's arm, but Jin did slash Ragna after Terumi had his fun. So Terumi's claim of cutting Ragna's arm was true. Jin's claim of trying to kill Ragna that day was also true. Poor Ragna got slashed twice that day.

I think Terumi's ghost form was corporeal. He could use Uroboros, and he could carry Saya. Celica was the bane of his existance though, so he used the catatonic Jin as a shield when confronting her.

The words that appears during the first fourth of the trailer:

Nox Nyctores

Successor of the Azure

Zero weave Izayoi

Chronophantasma

The six Heroes

Man of Azure

Time Cutter SUSANOO

Slave Red

Time Defender TSUKUYOMI

Observer of the Boundary

The Black Beast

Establishment Phenomenon

Ikaruga Federation

Platinum the Trinity

destruction day

Duodecim

Gigant: Take-Mikazuchi

Azure grimoire

Continuum Shift

Sin Architects

Oh yeah, some things I should point out.

確率事象 is "Random Phenomenon" or "Continuum Shift". That's not just the official translations, that's what the characters say (in English in the Japanese voices) when that set of kanji shows in the Japanese (the common reading was Continuum Shift but the Imperator called it Random Phenomenon).

確立事象 is "Sequential Phenomenon". Again not just the official translation, when that set of kanji showed up the Imperator said "Sequential Phemonemon" again in the Japanese dialogue but in English words. In fact, the Imperator is the as yet the only person to utter this piece of nomenclature in game, though it appears in the arcade opening for Chronophantasma. It's apparently what she "shifted" the Continuum Shift into being after she took control of Takamagahara.

Fun little fact, both 確率事象 and 確立事象 can be read the same way, they can both be romanised as "Kakuritsu Jishou".

I was unsure about the english version so I took a look at the an wiki and took the translations of that I could find and tried to translate the rest as good as I could. Also I wrote down how it is read, not the meaning.

For exemple: "The Platinum Alchemist" is read as "Platinum the Trinity", "Demon Eyes of Deep Crimson" is read as "Slave Red" and "Phantom(s) of Time" is read as "Chronophantasma"

It's okay. The English version localised the Imperator's line as "All phenomenon once random is now sequential." The original line as stated by the Imperator is actually at the very beginning of the first trailer for Extend.

http://blazblue-am.jp/media/index.html

TOKYO MX - October 8, 25:30 (October 9, 1:30AM)

TV Osaka - October 9, 26:35 (October 10, 2:35AM)

TV Aichi - October 10, 26:35 (October 11, 2:35AM)

We are not allowed to talk about fansubs, right?.

Talking about fansubs is probably a big nono but with any luck the show could have a simulcast on Crunchyroll.

However, if it comes down to it, you could probably talk about the show without mentioning how you're watching it.

Official website has been relaunched with a new design.

Characters section now features the characters in colour.

Also, a twitter feed of that Twitter account they've had for a few months and yet they did not link to on the old site, not even once.
