Overall, I liked the episode as usual. Here is a listing of some of my favorite occurrences:

1. Ragna got beat, which is awesome.

2. My bro took down a wild Lambda, which is awesome.

3. Lambda-11/Nu-13 died, which is awesome.

4. A Super-Jabaki was witnessed upon this day, which is awesome.

5. Relius was looking pretty boss-like in that lab coat.

6. Terumi took a harsh stab at Kokonoe's mother, which is awesome.

7. Terumi shows everyone he can still troll in the face of (planned) defeat.

What's this talk of growing Terumi hair? Seems the same length to me. So does Tager's.

Nope. Nu-13 is extremely annoying in my opinion, a bit of a hiatus will do some good.

Alright, I'll be frank: episode felt the most rushed thing ever. But I guess I wouldn't be out here if I didn't like it. And you know, the death scene was pretty good. Too bad it is going to be rendered moot soon enough story-wise but hey, when something is done nicely, you give its due credit. It's a shame the studio decided to cram both CT and CS in 12 episodes. Had they done it with 18~24, then they could have taken the time to polish it up and make it work easier. Oh well, just a bit more to go.

The main fight was pretty short but I guess they couldn't spend the entire episode on it and Nightmare Fiction made it REALLY hype. Rachel messing with Ragna after he saved her was pretty great. Solid episode, though me personally I'd say it was amazing just cause of the QUALITY Terumi faces. Like seriously there was at least 15.

Terumi spitting up blood then just falling on his face was also hilarious to me for some reason and Relius wearing his normal outfit under the lab coat lol.

I pretty much lost all sympathy for her after the third game. I admit that the death scene was pretty well done and made me sad a bit though.

Can't go into details because it would be spoilers, but she still has tons of my sympathy because her terrible and painful past is what made her who she is right now. I also blame Terumi and Relius too for turning her this way. (Mori is also to blame =A=)

Ragna fans can only watch Nu shank him so many times before it gets old. A certain scene only made it worse. A few heartwarming moments doesn't compare to the montage of impalement he's been on the receiving end of.

True dat, I've had quite enough of Nu and her crap. I have 0% sympathy for her, never did actually. When she died at the end of CS, I thought "I hope she stays gone." Besides, Terumi deserves far more attention. That guy is fantastic.

I sympathize Nu because of the cruel life she had gone through for a very long time when she is a good girl at heart within her soul. I am also a Ragna fan too and I sympathize with him because of his peaceful life being destroyed where he went on a path of revenge when he was such a good person (well he still is).

I sympathize them with all my heart and I pray for the best of them at the end of this entire game's series. My greatest wish for this game's story is that they are able to live a peaceful and happy life at the end.

Only characters I have any sympathy for (or feel anything for anyway) are Ragna, Makoto, Taokaka and Noel/Mu-12. All others, as far as I am concerned, can go get stung by many hornets. Followed by being burned to a crisp. Then tarred and feathered before finally being sold to KFC as their new mascots for a $1.50 collectively.

TL;DR

Yeah, most BB characters don't evoke any kind of sympathy from me. Especially not in Alter Memory where most of them are cut and reduced to mere cameos here and there.

I respect that, but Terumi is too much fun. I actually used to care about Makoto and Platinum, but now I couldn't care much less about them, it's kind of sad, but then I think: "Who needs them when I have the Bukkurosu Sadist Troll?" And then I'm like:

More like begging for a complete overhaul and remake. While I do enjoy Alter Memory for what it is, I feel like a lot of things went wrong with it. Chiefly, cramming both CT and CS in 12 episodes. Some parts were a definite plus, like Ragna interacting with Lambda-11 but overall, the anime could have been a lot better planned and executed.

I doubt they even have the budget to make another anime looking by the quality of Alter Memory. I am sure they were restrained as it is. I wish there was an OVA however that has some gag reels.

Mostly want to see Ragna the Ghost Ship Captain, Spectacles of Eros, Noel's Death Cooking, or Hazama and the Cats gag routes animated.

The reason people are getting sick of Nu's crap is because every time she shows up, Ragna's situation just gets worse and worse. And the dude already has everything else in the world to deal with. Not even Jin gives him as much crap as Nu does. Yea yea, sympathetic past, I get that. That doesn't really change what she's done mind you.

That said, the death scene was well done.

As for the anime as a whole...yea, it definitely would have benefited from being a 2-cour anime. That probably wasn't the case since the studio who made the anime are still relatively new and probably just couldn't afford it. Its sad, but understandable and now was the perfect time to produce an anime with it coinciding with the release of a new game.

Could it have been better? By a long shot, but for what it is, its decent at the very least and the studio worked with the material they were given. Yes, a lot of content and characters were severely shafted, but they at least changed things around for the characters it DID focus on.
