--Burly Heart everywhere.

--I'm guessing the Panzerfaust gig is ARCSys' way of thanking MikeZ for all his help in the past, not to mention indirectly promoting Guilty Gear THROUGH Skullgirls (It might just be an alternate costume fellas, don't sweat it).

Chipp:

--His Belt has some kinda design.

--I think his red scarf will be a regular thing now, and not something he takes off anymore...so he's like Strider/Bang now.

May:

--"A Work of Novel 2187". Novel is one of the JFP Crew and May Ship's Engineer. She represents the Month of November and is good at coming up with "Novel Ideas". *rimshot* Apparently she makes weapons for May too.

--Also says "Jellyfish" Twice...and I think something "___ of Johnny"

--I think May's a perma-Loli now. Of course, her baggy outfit and height compared to other characters is deceptive, so it's hard to say...I can't tell based on her chest size either.

Venom:

--I think he's got a V for "Venom" poison motif icon which I believe is "Dark Angel" in fancy font.

--Also says something like "Settle with Elegance" throughout his outfit.

These are based on the 3D models so their size might be different when put next to one another, so likely we'll see more details and correct proportions in-game.

Potemkin looks like a Battle Fantasia character to me, and that May wearing pants.

kind of disappointed with Chipp, May, and Venom, way too close to original looks (although I really like the nuances in Chipp---hakama pants!? Too hipster 4 me!). WTF @ Potemkin O.o I think he went a bit overboard with that redesign (those feet D: )

Maybe they'll look better in action. Venom still looks good though.

All I know is, Anji better stay shirtless. And I really want to see what Axl will look like. I'd die of laughter if he mirrors real life and goes full on Axl Rolls.

The cool thing about Potemkin's new design is that he's actually decked out in a Zepp military uniform. He's no longer dressed like a slave.

Makes me wonder if his AC+ ending is canon, the one where he takes a bullet for Gabriel.

Ugh, May looks awful. Hopefully she looks better in game. I am very interested in her new gameplay though. Ball jump and being able to ride dolphins off the hoops sounds fun as fuck.

Pot's design is bleh too imo but whatever.

Hopefully if they put anji/buri/sin/valentine in they don't mess the designs up too bad.

Also, something I dislike about the new art is how jacked the dues are. It's like they got became workout buddies with Ralf and Clark and drunk a ton of muscle milk.

Probably just so they don't have to deal with people freaking out over things that are subject to nothing but change in such an early build.

The manual is 6 pages, the first 4 are just the system pages, but the fifth page has Profile Portraits (which look pretty sick, honestly. Pot's face is terrifying, Chipp looks like a Naruto character, May is doing her stupid salute as always, though the front of her hair looks a little shorter, and her hat has a visor now). The sixth page is blank but says "coming soon".
