Also Yuki Katoh was given creative control over Bullet's design.

Not really, i have made concept art from the characters of friends of mine, and while i add my touch is not the same as coming with a character from scratch. Concept Art is nothing more than reinterpreting a character in the style of the artist who is doing the art

I meant the interconnectivity between a company/group of friends, obviously Mori is going to push designs and concepts into what he likes, but he allowed others to help shape the final outcome. The only design that remained 100% his was Hakumen, and that's because he had the guy designed since like high school. I meant nothing by pointing out Daisuke worked on concept art for BB, it was just a "did you know" kind of deal, quit being so confrontational :s

shinr Posted August 6, 2013 Posted August 6, 2013 (edited) Before anyone complains about Potemkin looking like a German instead of a Russian, IRL Pre-Soviet Imperial Russia borrowed a lot from Germany (and discarded some of Russian traditional things, like long beards for nobles, which were forcefully cut down by the first Emperor's orders) during the Emperor Peter the I's reforms which transfromed the "insignificant outdated kingdom from Eastern Europe" (As the Europeans saw it) into the "Modern European Empire". Chipp and Venom look about the same. I can't wait to see what they do with Faust. Maybe he will get a new mask or something like that.
