stickystaines Posted June 17, 2014 Posted June 17, 2014 To the people that can play XRD (or if someone else just knowsn anyway): If you Blitz Shield and aerial attack from the opponent and they BS back, can they be air thrown? I'm thinking if it's possible to BS an aerial opponent, then get guaranteed damage from doing j.6/4HS. This is of course if time permits after BS to connect a j.HS.

Yes, if the opponent is in the air then they can be air thrown. You can't BS throws so if you air threw their counter BS attempt it would get you the throw and they would lose meter.

Hopefully a build will in an east coast convention or Major in the near future.

I'm looking forward to getting some hands on time with Xrd May. It would be pretty neat if we could also do a small Xrd side tourny like they did with BBCP at Anime Expo last year, preferably at Evo since that's the one I'm going to.

(Though Aksys has yet to properly announce their plans at AX and their schedule there first, but soon). Yeah, I'm gonna expect the same like last time, probably have a tourney for Xrd the same way the early build of BB:CP was over there. (If possible), anyways, will get a chance to try it out once AX comes up.

Last I checked gg wasn't even a main event which suck but what do u do...wait I know...yell "BOOOOOOOOO" lol. Oh people..u can't knock capcom they really did start fgc when u think about it. Though I'm not a super huge fan of iv it's not a super bad game..it does have easy mode and caters to beginners but there is skill in the game as well. Plus do to them adding some of the beginning nonsense it brought alot more people into the fgc world. Which is what xrd is trying to dom bring new players but keep it somewhat skilled for the vets. Most of us are diehard gg fans so we are there to learn the new ways. However the strict timing of frcs and what not steer people away bc they are afraid or too scared to try n learn the game. Get more people then eventually start adding harder elements bc once they play the game they will be hooked on the game. And do whatever they can to learn and stay in the competition ...just my thoughts

youcanwonder Posted June 20, 2014 Posted June 20, 2014 Well ps has not stated whether or not the arcade sticks will be compatible from ps3 to ps4 so it's up in the air still. Here's hoping that they are not pull in the ms card and not letting them be compatible w each other
