I woudn't think he'll end up filling the Random Select spot (unless we're going P4AU again, and having some as R1 being RS, lol.), he has to have his own space somewhere, and the top area of the CSS would look rather unsymerrical, and maybe the two bottom ones as well, but we'll wait later to see how he plays and where he'll be.

Perhaps, it's different in Japan and it's more like Skullgirls where good players frequently use ranked/quick match? Here in NA, you usually don't find good players too often in ranked. They usually play in lobbies or player matches. Also, just to be clear, I should clarify that by "good" player I mean someone who at the very least isn't going to just mash Terumi's 6C xN. Maybe I should've said more interesting players. Im gonna disagree in terms of gg. You dont find good players in ranked bc half the time u really cant find a descent connection so we use the lather. Maybe thats just me though. However if i went i to ranked match and was consistently finding people w good connection, i would be playing ranked match a hell of a lot more. And yes, i am a good player, i have played people in this form (not saying im the greatest, but i definitely hold my own). I think as long as the netcode is good we will find lots of players playing ranked matches.

For myself, I enjoy joining rooms full of mics and just shooting the shit. Though I'm nervous about this one, I'm sensing there are going to be a lot of arrogant pricks in this one. I already see a lot of people with superiority complexes just because they're "Old School a Players". Most real old school GG players are nice as fuck. Â Easily the nicest fighting game group I have ever seen (though I don't know the smash group). Â Because it was a niche japanese game, a lot of that america play to win ho-rah took a back seat to people playing to improve, and therefore improve their competition. Â The only annoying people were those who looked up to the street fighter community a bit too much. Â If I would act superior towards you, it would be because you think Ziggy Stardust is david bowie's best alter ego. Â I mean, really? Â Best album, sure that's a definite contender, but best alter ego? Â Pshaw.

Â Xrd will get an English dub, Aksys confirmed it on multiple occasions. It will also feature the original Japanese audio, but won't have Japanese text option (I had Aksys confirming that for me on Facebook a few days ago).

There is a 99% chance that subbed will sound better though, because Dio Brando, Mako, Gamagoori, Gon Freecs, Kotomine Kirei, etc. voices. Â Walkable lobbies

With Arcsys keeping the story consistent after Overture, I would say it's pretty safe to assume Troy Baker and Liam O'Brien will be returning as Sol and Ky respectively. In truth, none of the cast has been officially announced yet. Also that's a question that should probably be in the Arcsys voice acting thread. I'm not entirely certain, but I would play it safe.

TheRealBobMan Posted November 7, 2014 Posted November 7, 2014 Judging by the light bar being replaced with the words "Guilty Gear Xrd", I doubt that's a modification. That piece of the plastic shell probably had to be machined that way. The options and share buttons look like stickers though.
