So has there been any possibility of ripping the audio from GGXrd yet?  I know there's a few quotes that get cut off and such and there are probably some that aren't used.

Very true, though they could also just as easily go with Todd Haberkorn or JYB.

Bryce seems more likely, he's got "Generic protagonost played by Kirito" written all over him.

Ask Rouziel, he was able to rip the audio from both versions of BBCP.

I tried PM'ing him but his username doesn't seem to exist.  I don't suppose you know his username on Dustloop?

I always blamed the differences between his Terumi and Hazama lines on Terumi having a completely different body, therefore different voicebox, than Hazama did. But that's probably going waaaaaaaaay too far down the rabbit hole.

Anyways, Erholtz might be the absolute best thing about the AM dub. All of em put a lot of love into the project, but you can just feel how much fun he was having with the role. The scene linked above had me legit standing and cheering.

Saw the entire series dubbed.

As expected, Hazama has the best lines out of the entire cast, and leaves plenty of Joker impressions.

Ever thought of having Crispin Freeman or Keith Silverstein (they both sound alike to each other) do him (the latter would be easier since he's FiCore (can appear in union and non-union projects without difficulty) whilst the former is union-only). They can pull an awesome Hazama/Yuuki Terumi in Central Fiction if Aksys decides to give the dub's budget a beef-up (or better yet if SEGA steps in and becomes the new publisher of the series (which they should have done with Guilty Gear a long time ago) since they have Atlus (which, coincidentally, was the US publisher of the first Guilty Gear game) to do the job for them).

I swear, Hibiki is the epitome of every character Steve Staley is known to play as.

Real talk, first time I heard him I could not stop calling him Lil' Shiro.

It's like the reverse of how I am with most actors in BB, really. "Scorpion? Fuck nah, you're Ninja!Ragna. Alisa? That's a funny way of saying Noel."

except Scorpion came way before Ragna (I would consider Fujikido Kenji/Ninja Slayer as ninja Ragna). If anything Ragna would be "Scorpion but not Ninja", and in turn Ryuko Matoi would essentially be Ragna genderbent.

Might as well refer Hibiki as "Jay" or "Ninja!Shiki." lol

Shiki has ninja stuff already, as shown with Melty Blood.

I guess it's less about what a VA did first and more about what you remember them most for, guilty of going 'ey it's ragna' most of the time instead of 'ey it's Patrick Seitz' even though I've technically heard him as others first.

That said I hope the cast remains for CF, we've been through changes before and it's weird to deal with. Changing for the last game wouldn't make much sense (unless it had to happen).

You're definitely not alone in thinking of him as Ragna first, but I guess it's because that's like his most memorable protagonist role.  If it helps I think of most of the BB guys as primarily their BB characters first and foremost.  My bro and I used to call English T. Hawk "Hawkumen" in SF4 for exactly that reason.

To be fair, Ragna is one of Seitz's rare roles as the protagonist, so its kinda understandable to automatically associate his voice. That said, I'd argue him as Scorpion and Franky are just as well known. And hey, he's Kenpachi Zaraki now in Bleach as well.

While we're on the subject of Patrick Seitz, ever since I learned Germany from Axis Powers Hetalia was voiced by him, now I imagine his voice would be what a German Ragna would sound like. I actually couldn't identify Germany as Seitz right away but that's probably because of the German accent (well, mostly because I wasn't expecting Seitz to have a role in something with a mostly female audience.)
