PS. Im sorry but mortal kombat really sucks.

Hey! Its doesnt not suck, its cool, but lets keep mortal kombat out of this thread for the sake of others. No offense.

I could be wrong but it looks like downwards Raou-ball cancels OTG state (ie. launches even on OTG hit) from the few AC vids I've seen. Didn't see it mentioned explicitly in this thread so I thought I'd throw that out there for y'all to look out for.

Actually i saw that earlier today too. Raoh has never been better. Also, I wonder if you he has new loop: jHS, land, jS, jHS, land, jS, jHS, land jS....... who knows. you can probably tech eventually.

Maybe the Raoh fireball has a slide property to it now.

Considering slide is a somewhat new property/state to the GG series, I'm also not ruling out the possibility of found glitches already, lol (slide cancelling OTG state, for example, as you have mentioned)

Excuse me Mr. English major but I can't read in fact what are these shapes you are throwing at my computer.

Also said changelog is hiding somewhere where I cannot see it, and therefore cannot read it. Though if I could see it, I still couldn't read it. Curse you written language.

Truth, no one is posting these Zappa changes anywhere that I read them, so we've all been in the dark. But dang, Zappa is looking buff now.

Poon where were the changes posted? Can you atleast point them out. I know there were Zappa changes on wiki but none of us can read languages other than English that well.

Could tell ya. I assumed. People are getting their character changes from somewhere. Surely these somewheres have more than one character mentioned meaning possibly Zappa.

I just thought, will any changes to Zappa make JIing useful at all? Or is it still pointless? I'm wondering because of the new aerial sword move, maybe you can RC it and double jump to continue a combo or something. Anyone, thoughts?

I actually just learned to jump install with Zappa's sword a couple weeks ago. It's definently not useless for the sword at least. You can make the damage increase nicely off some stuff with JI combos. You can do something into 5S(JI)2H(1 hit) SJ jKSKS jc jSjD for more damage than you'd normally get...though I still am not that great at it... sword only though...I don't know of any uses for his other modes

The ghosts you can but its character specific. jHS (to get them into the air), land, S,8,HS, sjpx3, sjk, jc.p,px3, D. It works on ABA and Sols. I also think it works on the other female characters. And yeah the JI'ing of his sword is by no means impractical and should be used in-game should the opportunity arrive. As far as I can tell its Zappa's strongest/second strongest non-raoh combo. Anyways AC Zappa's dog is cooler now that its 4D D is better. The bounce back from hitting the opponent is a lot shorter. In slash the dog bounced back far enough so that 5D couldn't hit the opponent after the dog landed. Well now that problem was taken cared of. :bad:

That is true. But I have strong feeling that under certain conditions the dog's 2D causes an untechable knockdown (besides counter hit). I'm thinking if you are able to combo into it, the opponent will be knocked down. I can't tell. From one of the videos that I've seen as well as the "Butterfly" combo video the opponent did not tech out of the dogs bite when it was comboed into. Coincedentally in match when the bite was not combo'ed into the opponent teched out of. Hmmm......

The vids are freaking awesome! I think somebody already asked this, but how can you activate the multiple possessions? I heard that its character-sensitive (in other words, you can only activate it when you face particular opponents).

Wow I think you're right. That makes the sword 2X better after all of the other multiplications it gets from all of its other changes. It will definitely be one of my favorite weapons. Man the sword has come a long ways. *shudders at X2 sword*
