You improve your reflexes by not sucking. To not suck you need to play often.

Figure out what you need to practice and just practice it. A lot of Chipp stuff isn't reaction since he should be rushing down most of the time, except for when you're trying to air throw and doing a beta-blade to beat out attacks.

I think the top FPS player Fatality does exercises every day but it's to keep his reflexes from going down. :p

Also, I hate traveling out of state to run from hurricanes. Atlanta's an okay place, though.
