I'm pretty sure I can stay up late and can house you guys after work, and then you guys could leave sometime before I leave on Friday. But if you'd rather skip that part and just go straight to Houston, that'll be fine. edit: Oh god I think I work in the morning on Friday. >_> Passing us up entirely seems the best option, unless I magically get Friday off for some reason (which I can pull off) but if you guys are gonna be in town on Thursday with nothing to do for a bunch of hours, I would just pass. You guys could always stop on the way back from Houston, though. Just let me know. :o

To sum up okizeme, it's the mindgame you play on opponents when they're waking up from being knocked down. It's extremely important in Guilty Gear, since there isn't ground teching, so you get to force the opponent into whatever you want to do when they're getting up.

No teching in ST either. I think that also could work in Alpha 3, but most games nowadays, they have the ground teching. You know, like 3rd Strike...or CvS2, or Smash or something.

Yes, that's probably the best comparison you could make. Okizeme is extremely prominent in ST and Guilty Gear. They're both very similar in that respect, as well as taking extremes in zoning and the giant emphasis on character matchups.

We can say Johnny has good abare when he has a level 2 mist finer, he can follow up random hits/counter hits to big damage situations. :o
