I was standing full screen away and not blocking and then the screen exploded and I died. @_@

I have something to share with all of you. I don't know if this is the time or place, but... oh well, here it goes! Ahem: I went to MB a few weeks ago and you guys weren't there. I still plan to be a weekly regular, but I sort of hit a really delicate issue. I lost my wallet with my IDs etc. For the past few weeks I've been up and down the place trying to look for them, but I've hit a snag. I have to go to the government agencies to reapply for them. My parents' are getting on my case on it, and it sort of prevents me from coming out at times. Once things cool down, I WILL make my grand return to MB because I've thought really hard about it, and I wish to go with you guys and enter tourneys whenever you can are able to, of course. Part of me not coming to MB in a long time was because I was really unsure, nervous, and really hesitant about showing off my performance to others. Playing online was my comfort, but now it has gotten stale to the point where I understood something: That I wasn't growing, I was dampening my growth as a fighter game player, who in turn, wants to make a name for himself and for the community I represent. I still think of you guys as my really great friends. And I still have a lot to learn and room to grow. I really wish to grow out of the online experience to help further my growth and find my hidden potential as a gamer in a real life setting. I feel like I can find it at MB. The times there were really great and I plan to be a part of it again. Sorry for the sappy story, but these are my honest feeling! Dwarven Vow #134: Compassion benefits all man! So can anyone tell me what days MB will be the most vacant? I hope I can come this week, but need to make sure what day(s) people will attend. Sorry to take up the threads time. D: Nothing to worry about: whether you're playing really well or not well, no one at Mainbase is going to think less of you because of it. In particular, we've *all* done incredibly stupid things in tournament matches before! So we all know how it feels to give a bad performance. >_< You'll definitely need to participate in more tournaments if you want to be able to perform well in offline tournaments in the future! Tournaments can bring out your best play ever, but if you lack tourney experience, then the nerves and fear can easily result in your worst play ever. Learning how to stay (relatively) calm in tournaments and other high-pressure situations is a critical part of being a competitive player. Anyway, I think Mainbase has been kind of inactive recently? Ryan and I played P4A at my place a couple of times last week rather than going to Mainbase. But you'll definitely want to try to come on Nov 9th edit: Nov 8th: Greats and Miller from Michigan are planned to come over that day. Main games will be AH3 and P4A/BBCP, respectively. Question for everyone: BBCP release casuals tomorrow (Thursday) afternoon/evening at Mainbase? Edited October 24, 2013 by Bill307

Yeah Ryan just send me a text before you come by. We can prolly go to Mainbase later, too, if ppl there want to try it. Also, while you're practicing I can work on my resume and stuff. :p Edit: Ryan, bring your PS3 as well. I'll let you use my 2nd DL until you get your disc. He might bring Miller (who, in addition to being America's best Yosuke, is picking up BB) with him though. As for downloading, I'd wait until Nov 7th since that's when Kokonoe comes out and then you can DL everything (assuming you're using the extra download trick). In the meanwhile, you can go to mainbase to play it

We'll be watching Kill la Kill at Mainbase tomorrow as well, apparently. (Wish someone had mentioned earlier that people were watching it on Thursdays. -_-)
