Gonna put this here before I forget since I watched a Nu let Noel get away with it every time. When Noel uses j236236D randomly against you, you can punish it by IBing the little bullets (you don't need to IB them but might as well get the free meter) and then dashing forward before she shots the big missile and punish with 2D before she lands. Haven't tested to see if you have enough time to 22A before punishing yet.

i always go for the dash spike chaser for punishing. Doesn't always work but if i notice they are too far i just do a charge one and run up and 3C after.

(In EX, but I think that the same could apply to CP, since there weren't any HUGE changes made to her Drive) I usually punish the second part of J236236D with 2D. It works quite well if Noel is near the Corner, since it can lead into a pretty good combo and ends in Okizeme

You can in the corner, but not midscreen.

I like to use 236236D to make characters hold still. Never, ever, ever use it against Noel outside of oki or midcombo. She can react with j.236236D and counter you every time if she can move.

Also, can we do anything about full screen Optic Barrel spam other than dashing past one and punishing? If not, what's the best dashing punish?
