AetherDemon Posted October 22, 2013 Posted October 22, 2013 I just heard of it today, https://www.entropay.com/ . I read somewhere that you can make a virtual debit card online and add a Japanese address, then fund with an american card, and use the virtual entropay card on the Japanese PSN. Has anyone ever done this, or would it just be easier and more simple to buy PSN cards?
SolxBaiken Posted October 22, 2013 Posted October 22, 2013 Unless you make ALOT of international purchases, I don't see the need to bother with this, though honestly I'd have to see how their fees compare to the markup of PSN cards. But yeah if you ONLY want CP then just get PSN cards.

There's a 5% load fee and a 2% exchange fee, so in theory it should be much cheaper than buying a PSN card, and you'll also save by not having extra PSN points floating around on your account. I haven't used it yet, but I plan on trying it when Kokonoe comes out. We'll see if it's reliable or not.
Celerity Posted October 25, 2013 Posted October 25, 2013 Update on this: The site required some kind of weird webcam verification on the credit card. It didn't work. Now they want to verify by fax, I don't have a fax machine and I'm lazy. Buying a PSN card instead.
