Your first mistake was playing ranked. Anyway, I've said it a million times, to play in lag you must think in lag. Whether that means always picking the safer option, or mashing instead of blocking because the likeliness of there being a 6~7 frame gap has increased while the chance of you being able to react to a grab or a overhead 6~7 frames in advance has decreased, you gotta do what you gotta do to win. In lag the very meta of the game changes and you must change too. In lag-spikes you gotta change on a dime, from good old fashioned honest play, to lag-play.

GGs to mast as well even though you dodged me and kicked me out the room after we fought once. Not sure why since we played again like a few minutes later lol. Still wondering why people don't pick Silent Colosseum.

Qu_Ane Posted February 16, 2015 Posted February 16, 2015 Thanks and GGs to everyone who joined my lobby. Especially duncan45, SoaringZero, Nemesis-Type, and meatbag. I didn't realize how late it was, I'm not one of those folks who can game past 1 at night, so that's it for me. Not to mention that ass of a brother of mine snuck his way onto my wifi somehow and caused hella lag. Thought someone hacked my wifi at first. The whole situation just pissed me off so I just got off. Hopefully I'll meet some of the same folks next time and we'll have a better set.

Generally Colosseum -Silent and Old Gate are regarded the most lag free stages. Between the two, Colosseum Silent is preferred by many because the excessive Colbalt in Old Gate hurts some people's eyes.

Sometimes I pick Stylish Tager and set the stage to Snow Town.

Tager does, in his home country of Russia, get the lag power-up. But Lag will only take you so far, especially when you limit yourself with stylish. 'Sides, since the snow in snow town was nerfed, it hasn't been that bad. Some say it's one of the better ones now. I think Halloween might be the new anti-netplay stage, or maybe fetal movement. I know the DLC stages have more lag in general so the real worst stage is probably among those. Anyway you're soul can still be saved up until the point where you load 10 youtube vids of THIS midmatch as Tager in a laggy stage. Then you're a lost cause.
