Fun fact, they still use the same "your opponent has disconnected" window from CSE despite other menus changing.

I can barely tell what is going on when I look at the menu screens. Ever seen those kaleidoscopic optical illusion images that look like they are constantly moving? That is what it felt like. Everything is japanese, tons of colors and stuff everywhere, impossible to tell where the win/loss stuff is, etc. The levels themselves are very busy too compared to CT and CS. What was the score Errol? Or did that even keep score. I didn't really see it anywhere. I checked out that lobby thing and it was like a real life arcade. I was like "are you kidding me." But getting a match in there was harder than just joining a regular room so I left.

I just thought I was going blind. Where do you join those huge 64 man lobbies that you see on streams like UBW? The lobby thing I joined was more like an arcade, whereas UBW seems more like a giant traditional wait/pass room.

mAc Chaos Posted November 5, 2013 Posted November 5, 2013 It definitely feels different without the counters, I had to play more defensively. Didn't stop me from landing the counters I could though. It is probably because I am just starting but I had an easier time playing defensively, even though all his defensive tools got nerfed. The thing is once I finally get an opening I can just do a huge amount of damage. But when I go on offense, a lot of my tools got weakened and it is easier for them to mash out.
