After going around the internet for info and asking my buddies to translate the Famitsu article, it seems we know more about Adachi's role in the story.

 

Around the start of the Red Mist/Dark Hour, He was called in for questioning by a very suspicious police officer, who then proceeded to break him out of the station. The officer is then revealed to be possessed by the Malevolent Entity, who had broken him out of prison for the purpose of getting him to join him and MINAZUKI with their plan. Adachi refuses to work with him, not wishing to be someone else's pawn (Reference to Izanami). The Malevolent Entity then starts threatening Adachi, because you don't say no to friggin Nyarlathotep when he tells you to do something (If he is Nyarlathotep, anyway). Adachi then proceeds to give him a rather big "Fuck you" by beating the holy hell out of the guy he was possessing. This has the effect of royally pissing off the Malevolent Entity, who then traps Adachi in the Dark Hour-afflicted Inaba and "enters" him as a "contestant" in the P-1 Grand Prix, so that the Investigation Team and the Shadow Operatives would focus their attention on him.

 

Adachi's more or less neutral, as he doesn't want to be involved and is just trying to survive against the heroes and the Shadow Brigade. However, it seems that his reason for going to the tower is to teach Sho, MINAZUKI, and the Malevolent Entity a lesson for screwing with him (I'm not too sure about this one, I think this was just my friend's impression).

 I hope Adachi beats the crap out of him like this. The second Malevolent entity grabs him by his hair Adachi would hit him in the face then punch his guts grab his head and smash It at his knee and finally take his gun and use It to hit him with such tremendous force he would fly through the effing room. Anime cutscene of this would be nice.

 On more serious note Adachi is seen summoning S chie in the announcment againts Yukari. So what does what mean ?

I think one of the Famitsu scans Kurushii posted about a month ago had a clear HQ screen of Ken on the select screen, but was one of his alternate colors.  That shouldn't be a huge issue though.

Makes sense considering that fake shadows are made out of normal ones and they dont attack him

So I've been watching P4U2 stream at EVO2014 and I saw Minazuki win quotes saying "I will protect "that boy" and "I will create a new world for "that boy". Does this mean "that girl" was a mistranslation or is there both "that boy" and "that girl"?

But shadow labrys and Adachi now those two are interesting based on the trailer shabrys got out of sho's control and Adachi is doing his own thing so shabrys is going to run around killing shit and Adachi trying to stop the accident in his own they. He will probably use It in his own advantege though

I don't think this is the same SLab that Minazuki's got under his thumb. That one's a confirmed fake that has normal Labrys's accent and uses Ariadne, but this second SLab has no accent and uses Asterius, just like P4A's SLab.

Short time ago, Ultimax got a ESRB description. Aside of possible hint of "beach episode", it also says that it has a recurring character who is depicted having a cigar in his mouth. This would mean that Dojima does appear in the game, though he usually has a cigarette rather than a cigar, meaning it might be some other character.
