Just make them and then save them. When you go online, use the button you saved them as.

how can i convert the PAL file so that it can be seen in the forums?

Just look at the sprite in the palette editor and then use PrntScrn to take a shot of it. Paste it into paint, get rid of the extra stuff, then upload it.
