First, a fun tidbit. Did you know that if you do a full haku/hatsu/chun combo and RC the chun, you can immediately grab them off the floor bounce? It's even better if you did that off of staff 6A cause you can Tsubame > 6C afterwards. Not very practical, but hilarious. Second, a complaint. Does anyone else here think inputting All Green is overly difficult? It's a great DD, but I keep super jumping before I can get the move off. It's just frustrating.

Hey that was in my "Combo" 3 or 4 posts earlier >_> and for all green try to input c when the stick is in neutral position. It's like 642C8

Still got no halp D: The staff comes back well before she recovers from Haku and they tech after that anyway.

EDIT: 6Throw(1 hit) ItsuuA 6C 5C JBCD airdash JC 6C Tsubame 6C 3C Also (trying this on Ragna in training.) he techs before my JB, anyone know the timing? *would watch videos but crappy computer won't play them without chugging and skipping details*

For the first, they're probably getting knocked too close to the corner. It happens, and you just have to learn when it looks like it'll happen. Think you can just skip the haku or replace the haku+jbc with a 6c.

Second part just sounds like you aren't jumping fast enough. Just JBC asap when the 5C hits.

BE6B[m] - Spin ballerina, spin! 6B feint. This primarily is used to extend strings without having to jump. Also you can use this to bait anti 6B moves or tactics. Example for use - keeps 5B 6A honest by using 5B BE6B 2B (for a low), 5B BE6B throw, 5B BE6B 6A, 5B BE6B 2C (to stop them from jumping), etc etc, experiment and vary your followups.

Hey, guys. Trying to learn Litchi as a sub. I understand the basic notation for moves and combos and the like, but what on earth is BE6B? I'm pretty sure 6B is forward B, but BE? Where does E come from? Is that something exclusive to Litchi? Thanks in advance.

I think it means her 6B feint, if you hold in the B she fakes the move like Sagats knee feint in SF4. Good to mess with opponents once you have a health advantage and they're on lockdown

Ah, thanks. Litchi's fun as hell. While awaiting a reply, I've been in Training toying around, and I realized you could attack as if you didn't have the staff mid combo with the staff. Delicious. Noel may have to temporarily take a back seat. EDIT: While playing with All Green, I found it much easier to do the input as 64123698C. I use the 360 Controller, by the way. Hope this helps.

As far as throw combos - learn both forward and back throw combos. They both carry to corner. Forward throw combos are used from about midscreen, back throw is used when you're 3/4th away from the corner. Also I input Ryuuisou as 64128C. I find that easier than any other way.

I dunno about Sagat, but yeah, hold the B.

^ I never could get 64123698 C to work, 6428 is simplest to me. I use 360 pad.

How fast/slow do you do the 64123698? You should be doing it fairly quickly. To get an idea of the speed, do her 6C. Her 6C hits three times. You should be doing 64123698C fast enough that the first hit cancels into All Green.

EDIT: On the 360 controller, I use the analog stick. That might make it a bit easier than the pad. It's after 3am, so I didn't process that part about you using the pad :sweatdrop:

It's kinda funny; all green is actually EASIER doing the 6428 motion when on a pad. I get it 100% of the time in practice and about 60-70% in the heat of a match. However all the stick players seem to use 64123698C or some derivative of that. It's whichever one you're most comfortable with. My new favorite super is 632146D. It leads to sooooo much silly shit in the corner.

Thanks but I start that first combo midscreen, should I just back up a bit?

I like that super just because of how ridiculous it looks lol

Complete new guy question, but what does the BE in BE6B[m] stand for? I can't seem to find it in my memory bank of fighting game terminology, and can't do it in training mode :yaaay: Trying to pick up more people for more variety :)

Try to and see if it helps. Also vary the Haku timing a bit and see if that helps.

In order:

1) Tried it. I guess I do 6428C pretty slow. Way too slow for 64123698C. But I hit it about 80%, so it's good.

2) I couldn't get it to cancel using either method, lol. I'm a failure.:vbang:

3) Yeah, I use analog. But I'll be on stick in a couple weeks, so I guess it doesn't matter so much.

as for all green, i just do 64128. for me, this is by far the most easier way. im not great with 360's, and 4123698 is way too similar. plus, 64128 is shorter :O just a foward, back, reverse qcf motion then up. like a super jump. i like to think of it that way. if u ever see me super jump straight up in a match i probably was aiming for all green @__@

Heh, I have myself on video doing this so many times it's comical. I just keep laughing when I imagine what non-Litchi players think is happening.

Although it was answered what BE6B[m] means, no one actually said what, specifically, the notation BE actually stands for. Ballerina Escapade?

I've been wondering what BE actually stands for, even if I understood what it was. In the beginning I decided to not even try to use all-green since I never got it at all. I started getting it lately, but it's still only like 75% of the time on good days, and like 25% of the time on bad days. In close games I reserve all-green for people that are jumping in, since I'll end up superjump C'ing... I actually finished a tournament match like that just yesterday.

I've been practicing the staff-standing combo recently as it is a 4k string that is meterless; I'm having some trouble with the get off staff-jump B, jump C timing window, I can get to the first hit on staff but can't drop then jump cancel in time.

Someone want to tell me how it's being executed? Video at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9BvLaLmpSOY#watch-main-area 7:35.
