lol at the video, Kishuu is WAY too slow. I still think Plat's counter is than Hakumen's counters.
-
I'm sure Isuna was talking about the follow up attacks and not his shield start up.
-
^Oh, so was it his account that got killed by the YT police?
-
Does anyone know how Platinum's hair is made? I see some official art where the back of hair looks tied up and then made into the two huge tuft of hair, while other official art where the back of her just goes straight with her two huge tuft hair. EDIT: Actually, I figured it out after looking through her sprites, I'm good now I guess.

2D and jD are both around 7 frames I think and 5D was like 15 active frames and 6D was around 9 frames for the catch portion. For the actual attack portion of the moves, I think 2D had the slowest start up while all the drives active frames were the same.

I saw someone trying to vs Litchi, I think it was tenchi in another video on nico but iirc, he got countered out of it when he tried to though I'm guessing it's because you can hold most CTs and his 2D has one of the least amount of active frames of his counters.

^If it's CSE, it is harder to combo midscreen off of a TK special compared to the step version of it, and sometimes impossible. This is because the extra step distance actually makes a big difference in spacing when you try to IAD after them midscreen.

When I get that and they block, I just bull shit myself and cancel into Renka immediately since most of the time, my opponent's react late to the step Tsubaki and I get a free 4k ( ゜3゜) Also, saw a post on Mugen in the general discussion thread just now which reminded me about this but I read in the jbbs that Mugen's recovery is like 1-2 frames now compared to his OD which is 5-6 frames. I wonder if we can do FC 6C > Mugen > Renka(1) now?
-
I think I only saw it once but I really want to see what those plushies do after her OD Lolicopter. Also, I think the reversal's attack could be RC'd. That and I think it had good prorations as well.
-
@Blade Ha, me too. I think it was a week ago when I played with my friends again, I tried to do j2A jc j2C to combo and lost because of it. @mAc I played CS1 recently, man I am so glad they changed Renka's input to 236B.
-
Yep, they're all done this upcoming week so I can get back to life again :D

Awesome. I'm just reluctant on adding the pallet since players like Matoi (Taokaka player) cycles through like 4 different pallets when I watch him play, wouldn't mind adding them though I don't have the time to watch all the videos right now to take note of them :/.
-
I didn't add any color pallets since they don't have that information on the guild (or I just haven't seen it on there :/) and I don't remember most of these guy's color pallets except for maybe tenchi since he always donned the red Hakumen and Chibaken with the Baiken color. Also, I think there were like couple of vids with Chin in it (he goes by Chan now, the source was one of the Tachikawa video's commentary).

Yeah, the good evening one (Konbanwa) is the same old one from CSE.

Would like if you guys gave some advice to improve this list or if you guys want to edit yourself. I added a top ten just for kicks and for the notable players section, those were the only one that came to my head and the first few in the top 50 that I thought was notable. @Blade I'm not sure if the second one is Film since the first account shows he's playing in an arcade in Fukuoka, which is his residency, while the second account only has the name of a completely different arcade.

The new ranking system for the nesica player's guild looks really useful, especially since it records your national ranking, match up win rate and something cool like highest damage and win streak, etc.
-
Nah, because the way they talk is like the old school samurai speak, Hakumen kind of does it so I keep thinking of a Hakumen robot that picks up the trash and goes "The end has come!".
-
Yeah those guys. I just can't stop thinking of Hakumen every time they appear and start chatting.
-
Yo Blade, if you're watching K this season too, please tell me Hakumen was the first thing that came to your mind when those janitor robots appeared.
-
@Ctrlalt Nah, the commentator said the stick came back in time to hit him out of 6B. And yes it probably is considering Amane's astrals has a set of icon pack. @toan It has leg invincibility from frame 1.
-
YES. I missed this guy a lot, he was my role model back when he played at the arcades since he was one of the more aggressive Hakumen I've seen. Glad he's back and hope he still can play a good Hakumen.
-
It probably would combo. I actually tested this one combo out of curiosity in CSE because I wondered if the 92 P2 for his 6B could be used in any fun way. A bowling ball setup with Tao to do 6A>6B>6D(catch ball)>Mugen>Renka(1)~ all successfully combo'd and I got a good 7~8k damage from it.
-
It actually does 4893 if it still receives the 20% damage buff from Mugen.
-
OD Yukikaze does about 4078 iirc.
-
@Isuna - It's hard to even consider it since we now have FC Enma combos that could probably do more, don't we have one that does like 5.6k for 5 stars or something? Also, I'm curious if we can do something like Throw>OD>Mugen>Renka(1)>Zantetsu(1)>Guren>OD Shippu wave>Kishuu>Shippu; even though it does like 4k at the best, I'm just curious if the combo part Guren>OD wave can connect for a wall bounce juggle. Also, did anyone figure out the prorations on the OD Shippu wave? I tried calculation it numerous times and one set of proration works for case but it doesn't in another and it's really bugging me. It's supposedly 100/80 with 3000 base but I'm not getting it right during calculations. EDIT: Actually, I figured out what I was doing wrong for my calculation and his OD wave does seem to be 100/80 with 3000 base and 600 minimum. Also, while I was refining my damage calculator, I think Tsubaki possibly doesn't ignore CR during Mugen and only Shippu sword does considering someone reporting being able to do 7k+ off of a raw Mugen Tsubaki starter with 2 more Tsubaki+Shippu and if it did ignore the CR, it would do way more then that. Someone in the jbbs also reported being able to do a neat OD Yukikaze combo that's back to corner OD > OD Yukikaze > Mugen > OD Shippu wave > Zantetsu(1) > Kishuu > step Tsubaki > 5C > Zantetsu(1) > Shippu sword for 6451 damage. I also used it to try test out Tsubaki's Mugen damage and that got me 6971 with Tsubaki ignoring the combo rate and 6440 if calculating with the combo rate; though this result still is pretty sketchy to prove much. @Blade - Not proration but the combo rate gets halved from his usual 60 to 30, meaning your special's damage gets cut in half. That and Tsubaki/Zantetsu got combo time SMP so you can only put some of them in, a shame too since Tsubaki still ignores the combo rate during the new Mugen.
