Damn, that's my typo, of course it's a 623, a DP. -

Never seen the latter, and neither have the Myanimelist character database. To make this post less off-topic, here are some more movelist translations. Orie: Divine Thrust (236A/B/C) - A quick thrust forward that may whiff on sitting small enemies. The B version can be charged. The EX version is faster and goes through the opponent. Sacred Spire (623A/B/C) - An anti-air multi-hit attack. The EX version deals more hits. Come Forth/Command Order (214A/B/C, can be done in midair) - Summons Orie's Stand that attacks the enemy. Different buttons perform different attacks, and you can follow up the attack with the same input. The B version is the upward sword slash that can be followed up, the EX version is the multi-hit sphere of light that appears near the enemy. Luminous Embrace (41236D) - Infinite Worth, makes Orie shoot a wave of light at the enemy. Easy to use, since it's pretty fast. Gordeau: Mortal Slide (236A/B/C) - Gordeau attacks with his scythe. By inputting the command again, you can pull in the opponent. The EX version performs an additional grab attack after the pull. Grim Reaper (623A/B/C) - Gordeau spins the scytche, covering a lot of space. It seems like he can even hit the enemies that are behind him. The EX version blows the enemy away. Assimilation (214A/B/C) - The command grab that drains a single GRD charge. Seems like you can grab with it even while the opponent is in midair? Name unconfirmed (22A/B/C) - The A version is a low attack with the scythe; B and C version make Gordeau jump, spin the scythe like a helicopter, and perform an overhead attack. The EX version is a faster B/C one. Turbulence (41236D) - Infinite Worth; Gordeau performs a long combo with the scythe. He continues it even if the first hit is guarded. The last hit blows the enemy away. Waldstein: He's a bit starved for the gameplay info. The only decent info that is written here is that his 360 can be performed in midair and its EX version waits for the enemy to get near him, and that his 214A/B/C is a rushing grab with a long start-up. Oh, and he seems to have a special attack against downed enemies, but there is no confirmed input for it yet. -

How can you claim her when you can't even spell her name? -
So, what does MG stand for? Because the only thing that comes to my mind is Manga-Gamer
-
The red-purple-golden DLC one, rocking it since my Faust times. And when it's not unlocked, the black one.

And 5 videos are better than 3! That may be the case, yeah. -

Not really, no. Though there is something about Hilda that doesn't click with me. -
Why would you actually make the damn game when you can just make more characters instead?

Under Night In-Birth, PS3 release confirmed (Jul 24, 2014)
SoWL replied to Hecatom's topic in Under Night In Birth
Well, there is Orie, who seems to be quite popular right now. There is going to be Yuzuriha, but we don't have any gameplay info on her yet (other than the fact that her sword is long as hell - but this is UNiB, everyone has dat range here). Lastly, there is Hilda, but she's too old. Linne? Who's that? -

Okay, seems like Vatista's movelist goes like this: Lumen Stella ([4]6A/B/C) - shoots a projectile. The speed and the trajectory depends on the button pressed (with the options being slow+mid, fast+mid and fast+low). You can perform it in midair with the 236A/B/C command, with different trajectories. The EX version shoots a Dark Angel-like ball that floats forward, bouncing up and down. Luber Angelus ([2]8A/B/C) - A Flash Kick-like move with the wing slashes. You can follow it up with additional attacks by pressing different buttons. The EX version makes her jump up and down a couple of times. Redeus Fragmentum ([A]//[C] - Releases a hovering crystal that stays in place for as long as the button is held. Releasing the button explodes it; if you are hit before you release the button, the crystal disappears without doing anything. The position of the crystal depends on the button held. Can be performed in midair. Racteus Orbis (41236D) - Infinite Worth, shoots a huge laser out of the symbol made with the wings. The start-up seems kinda fast. Making the setup move a charge seems to be quite important. And that metallic Carmine color is so cool. EDIT: Are we really sure that there are no voices on this loketest? I'm pretty sure that I can hear Merkava's victory quote here. DOUBLE EDIT: Found that link posted on Melty, updated the movelist for Vatista. Here's the one for Merkava: 『We, lash』 (236A/B/C) - Merkava moves forward, slashing with his hands repeatedly. Seems like one of the buttons makes him jump before performing the move. The EX version is a follow-up to the regular one; Merkava grabs the enemy, drags them along the ground, and throws them at the ground in the center of the screen. 『We, capture and devour』 (214A/B/C) - Merkava stretches his arms, catches the opponent, pulls himself to them and bites them. The trajectory is changed by pressing a different button; moreover, you can hold the button down to increase the range. The EX version seems to come out faster and at maximum range. Note that the long-ranged attacks that don't throw the opponent are his command C normals. 『We、breathe』 (214A/B/C in midair) - Merkava either spits a projectile downwards or performs a dive kick. I suppose that A version is a dive kick, B version shoots a projectile below Merkava, and C version shoots it diagonally downward. 『We, annihilate』 (41236D) - Infinite Worth; Merkava performs a fierce lashing attack around him. -

I almost thought that I heard some actual voice acting, but I guess that it comes from some other game I don't recognize. Didn't expect to like Merkava more than Vatista. He has a cool-looking flight mode (which almost made me main Zato back when, well, he was Zato), Faust-like range (though it's not uncommon in UNiB) and a super tick-throw (man, I looove tick-throws). I may actually main him instead of Waldstein, since he seems to have everything I love about my characters... maybe except random items. I still like Vatista's design, but her gameplay seems a bit bland - produce crystals and Dark Angels, use them to set up a combo, win. I do see great oki potential in her, but it's just not my style. Maybe I'll change my opinion when we get more of her gameplay: those two videos might not do her justice. -
Plat wins by the merit of being 2D, though. And being made by Japan. I don't want to derail the thread too much, so I won't post here on this matter any more. Which means that I won the argument.

Why is that? AFAIK, only Link was never translated into English; we got all three parts of G.U. and the Infection series.
-
...What THE HELL is going on in this thread.
-
Nice to have some actual gameplay, even if it's against training dummy-level opponents. Looks like Dissidia to me, which is nice.
-
I don't like MK that much, but this game actually looks cool. Monitoring this thread for delicious Harley and dat Grundy.

Oh, right. I apologize for such a stupid mistake on my part. Gosh, what was I thinking? -

Because Ilya does, and having two TM loli shows would be redundant. -

Fixed. -
Meh, the Kaiji narrator/Gendo is still a better announcer. Though those Chie and Teddie are not that bad.
-
Would a thread about Anarchy Reigns be appropriate in the Misc Fighters forum? It even has Versus and Training modes and stuff.
-
Ah, right. The game just looks colorful enough to be Korean. And no, I have no idea how being colorful has anything to do with Korea.
-
Oh man, the Koreans just can't make a game without a chat, even if it's a fighting game.
-
Like he said, the game doesn't have them.

That Kanji shadow is dressed, I call fake Nice to see them making a guide before even uploading the videos. I certainly approve of such priorities. And I actually nailed at least two of Kanji's special's names, hooray! Maybe I did deserve that award after all!
