  1. you keep coming up with the most gdlk shit to say. l wonder if this will fit as a sig LOL ggs to everyone today. was a little tired earlier but l got enough rest and was able to play and think clearly. despite that though i'm preeeety sure l picked up a bad habit or two that only extensive training will fix. *sigh* poison is ingested so easily, yet so difficult to reverse...
  2. oh yeah. while we're on this topic... http://matakku-uzee-na.tumblr.com/post/27068197682/did-i-mention-i-hate-pro-gamers have fun scratching your heads in confusion
  3. same here, i'm 95% netplay, 4% slave to the rhythm. only 1% real
  4. l saw the room but l gtg get some food, l dunno if it'll still be open by the time l get back :
  5. the sooner those people learn that there is no true way around hard work and patience, the more effecient practice will be. l say this often and all l get is basically 'nigga l want tournament wins NOW'
  6. l thought you dropped the game

  8. ggs to everyone in the danisen and everyone who joined my room. not as many ppl as usual, but thats ok.
  9. a lobelia > tsubaki pumpkin > tsubaki a lobelia stops all 236x and dives, no wind required. the huge active frames means it's exceedingly difficult for tsu to punish (perish the thought with a nearby pumpkin out). she can 214d through them (fullscreen she can do 236c 214d if timed right), but it leaves her in a worse off position w/o heat/charge. 3c beats lobelia and will hurt too, but needs 50 heat. lol also, the general short range of her 'counters' are made apparent with hime's ability to keep tsu fullscreen. 236a(xn), summon, 236a is great in neutral. 8d beats the dives guaranteed if you want to be sure of a ch. 6d is good for stopping her from advancing. pumpkin stops IAD's and its pumpkin lol. tsu cant kill george reliably. iris and 236c8d to ch sj.[d] bullshit. knock that stank ho out of the air. play the neutral correctly and she wont even get the chance to pressure you. this MU to me feels like it's 6-4. correct me on anything
  10. so is 214d completely useless or what.
  11. its much easier and much faster to understand.
  12. it's a command grab. the damage can skyrocket, but unlike tager's GETB, it can be jumped out on reaction, making it really unreliable outside of certain situations. this problem is (mostly) remedied because of the paralyze stat which prevents most jumps (mini jump may still be a problem) and backdash, which are the defensive measures taken to avoid grabs of this nature. l dont really like any of elizabeth's supers tbh. they all seem underwhelming imo. concentrate seems to be the most used but it takes life. really, 1 good combo and elizabeth will likely be in awakening with 100+ heat anyway.
  13. @sinder, l agree with everything you said, it's spot on with my thoughts on advice. new players are spoiled with this era of gaming. most games nowadays really lack the 'umph' and the challenge that older games provid(ed). it's all about unlimited lives, ez mode learning curves, and online. not to say that all new games are so ridiculously easy, but they definitely degraded the 'hard work' factor overall which leaves gamers with a mindset of every game needing to be pick-up-and-play. in terms of netplay, no it shouldnt be taken as serious as offline but lets not rule out that netplay can be really good for communicating just as well as offline, albeit in a more detatched sense.
  14. oh yeah, l see what you mean now. the thing about giving advice is, the other person has to want it. also, there can be multiple reasons why a person doesn't give it: they could have have had bad experience with giving it like not saying it right, or not knowing what to say at all that conveys what they're thinking. going off of my first point, they could have given it, and the other person may view it as 'charity' or something similar (and not like it: l had this personally happen to me after giving unasked-for, legit advice), or just letting it go in one ear and out the other. they could just be a dick, i'm not ruling that out. tl;dr where l grew up, if people want something, they have to ask. there is no shame or harm in it if you want and need help. from what l usually see, pro players usually do give advice and alot of the time it gets ignored, and then it's like deja vu when the player has the SAME problem down the line (see:psn ggs thread).
  15. @moy, l play relius if you want to learn the MU.
  16. ggs to everyone in laststarsavior's room earlier.
  17. but they do. besides, how is winning tourney money not a legit goal to want to reach?
  18. oh noooooooez D:!!!! I would def. buy you a new one if l had cash
  19. those ice resets are great ideas. it just occured to me that she can do overhead - omc - low/overhead more than the rest of the cast. are there any good combos from the overhead?
  20. that sounds interesting. will it be winner stays on, or will it cycle to the next players after a game?
  21. he contradicted himself numerous times. his rant is nothing more than stupidity gone wild. such an untamed, pitiful creature desperately crying for discipline.
  22. and batou, l never played your ragna. l did actually slip once on ranked vs glirandly and got blood kain'd twice. l laughed pretty hard.
