is there any info in the RAGUNA boards on the matchup? there should be... i'm going to check edit:yea theres some good info in there DE definitely check it out if you havent already. also, it might help if you try to look at the match from the rachel's perspective - sometimes "what would l do in this situation" will not aid you, so try your best to keep your eyes glued to the other character and make sure you don't miss even a footstep. lastly, take a look at the rachel vs ragna as well, get a feel on what rachel wants/likes to do in the MU.

@zeth, while l personally agree with you in terms of her summoning (l play a little plat and l know for a fact you're not punishing equip on reaction. you need to commit to a hard read, or have a move already out), l just don't agree with the way his post was taken. l dunno moy's track record on DL regarding complaining/whining/etc: l do know however that his post was based off of his playing style (notice all the "l"'s in the post). ggs DE. rachel is secretly S tier dude, i'm telling you.

*sigh* l may end up regretting this BUT l don't think moy was being pessimistic. l think he was sharing his thoughts, based off what he knows and how he plays. and since he's a passive player, it's only natural he'd forgo the more riskier item equip options. that's what i'm getting from the last two pages anyway. i'll be making a room in a few... its called 'bloodpack!!!'

yukiko looks alright but l personally prefer elizabeth, even though both characters are apparently low tier. can't wait to play you guys :D

lol, 5 mins of training mode gave me this DOUBLE FUZZYGUARD SETUP (yep... double.) ...5b 2d j.a j.b dj.b j.a j.b j.a land (669) j.a j.2c3d. this is for those faggots who like to block all of our mixup and make us feel bad. well those days are over! before you land, you MUST do an overhead (sadly, j.c isn't one) as with all fuzzies. unfortunately, this means that the setup isn't entirely gapless with j.a(-1, -4 IB), but doing j.b before you land should work just fine, l haven't tried that yet. if this gets blocked j.2c3d allows you to keep pressure. lastly, there are a few other options if you dont want to do the double fuzzy. here they are: (after dj.b j.a j.b) -...j.a j.214b land -...j.a j.214a 3d 5bb 236a* j.b j.c/j.[c] mixup -...j.a land 66 throw (very fast and will always be green) -...j.a land 2b/3c

that has been known since ct when msy put it in his cmv. l know because msy da bess rachel ever. l personally have been using it on those two since ct myself, bar cs1. in fact, best time to use this is in the corner after a frog knockdown for a windless option: (frog oki, foe neutral techs)(5b) j.a j.2c* 5c1dc 236b dash 5cc dash 3c(1) 214c 3c frog oki -use this combo so you wont incur repeat proration from the j.2c. l usually don't extend the combo using bbl, as using j.2c early limits your best damaging option.

this is a good question, one i've wanted to ask. l personally don't care whether someone passes or not, i'll play them again eventually even if they leave. but sometimes when l enter/make a room and get put in a situation like this, pass vs. play again... and not wanting to upset the ppl in the room cause some guys hate when you pass ("you think youre better than me, bitch!?") and some when you play (pass the goddamn game already!?)...
