ggs to everyone l had a chance to play/meet. it was a fun tourney, l hope everyone gets home safe.

an important thing to note about spark bolt is, it's pretty much tager's only way in if the matchup is played correctly. you not only need to know how to beat it (superjump) but also how to make the tager waste it when you want them to. some tagers use it instantly, some on reaction, and some when they know you will not be able to dodge it. use 5d to appear vulnerable to it and superjump; also use (charged) steins and 236a to delay your fall in the air for the last option.

where are the bb casuals going to be held? does anyone know yet? l'm planning on coming late tonight, hopefully everyone isn't ready to go to bed by 11pm lol

perhaps it's the game you're most proficient in. or the only game in some peoples' case.

yea the cpu is lol with their yomi, it's too good. but there are multiple ways to use their yomi against them.

akira is a cool guy, i'm glad he admits he says dumb shit very often though. rofl dunno too much about leonil so l can't say. l do agree with the conclusion jumping though, particularly the part about them being bad (well akira, anyway). nig is pretty damn good actually. if only he'd turtle just a little more XD

l do find myself subconsciously saying "stop mashing" when the mic is on and the foe just ate a frametrap. l was thinking it, anyway...

netplay is srs bsns (no really, it is XD) if you ever join the chat(s) you'll notice alot of the guys are fully concentrating on the games, asking their questions and getting input after each match/set. l know that for me it's alot easier to type my thoughts than to speak them, so i'd much prefer a chat over a mic: that could be a contributing factor to others as well. whatever the case, the main two reasons people seem to hate mics are because some mics cause lag, and some people don't know how to handle themselves over a mic... so to speak.

lk, how do you scope out someone's gameplan? whether this is the first time playing them or the 100th. how long does (or should) such a thing take in a live match? is there like a general template of what should be looked for? l feel pretty silly asking this because l do know the answers - or at least enough, anyway - but l can't seem to be able to explain it to myself, l just know, it seems, so l was looking for a more concrete answer. oh l meant to add this (this question, l don't know). when do you realize you're being controlled by the other player? if they've shaken you up mentally from their plan, to the point where you're convinced that the next action you do will get you killed (yes, even block) because you're foe is so in-tuned to you - what would you recommend? edit: damn ps3 deleting my neatly typed paragraphs -_-"

no. theres a specific number of hits before 6b j.236c will not work.. its like 4 hits in, so the added 5b 6b ruins it. maybe after the first 236c, you can do dash 5c j.c j.236c j.214a j.c 5c stuff

l use my rc's for resets and the like (I used to have the same problem, this is a good if not gimmicky supplement especially if you want extra damage w/o charge) (crouching) 5bb 2bb 5cc 6bb 236c 214c (late) rc dash 6a/ (2a) throw 6a rc 6a (theres a small setup i'm trying, it works like how ragna would ID in his pressure to bait a few options and rc to keep pressure/combo) maybe j.c(fuzzy c) rc j.c? 2bb rc 2bb? ldk lol but definitely get creative l think tsu has plenty of ways to reset using heat

p sure that hasn't been working for him. although, DE, you would do well to push just a few more buttons. your mobility is pretty limited, try moving around a bit more.
