  1. There should be a dizzy meter in the game. It starts out empty and drains slowly. Every time you tech roll, it fills up, and the drain speed decreases for a while. When it fills up completely, you become dizzy and your controls are inverted. Man, ASW should totally hire me. I'll go mail my ideas to Mori right now.

  8. Instant Block: down to 2-3 frames less of recovery instead of 5. The Jin 6A thing was done earlier stop trying to incorrectly fix it. 不可 is short for 不可能, Noel's throw is uncancelable. Hakumen + j2A has more untech frames. - jC has less untech frames. Hazama - Ouroboros has same-move proration. Regarding Litchi: "I take that back. Litchi is still really strong."

  12. Character thoughts Mostly Makotos, Noels, and Litchis today. Makoto So many nerfs and she's still really strong. Probably just everyone in CS was broken. Game seems to be focused on the corner, but Makoto can do some decent damage midscreen, all while taking them to that corner, where she can do her mixups. Noel Mashing midscreen into 4200 damage. Oh boy. Litchi The Litchi(s) I saw were really good players, so that might have something to do with it, but she still seems like a pretty good character. She has good pressure with the staff flying around and good zoning/range with the staff in hand. On the other hand, her damage is lower. I think it fits well at the moment. And she still rapes in the corner. Saw all of the characters today. None of them seem overly powerful. Everyone at max gets 4-5k or so. Then again, that's what we thought when going from CT to CS. But with so few changes happening now, we can pretty much tell what our combos are going to be in the real version. No one seemed too weak, or too strong. I'd like them to balance it well, but I don't want the nightmare that was Slash to repeat itself. Best move of the update, B Vivace. Just too good. (If it wasn't stated before, B Vivace is pretty much completely invincible except for throws now)
  13. Some new stuff, some fixed mistranslations: CA has large hitstop, slow to recover. Lot of characters are pretty much free to combo if you block/dodge it. Jin 6A is +frames on block. Pretty much neutral on IB. Tager Sledge followup has superarmor halfway through. Arakune Zero Vector lasts for about 6 seconds on the timer. Litchi FORWARD throw spins opponent. (probably can't do itsuuA) Bang Daifunka has more recovery, can't followup. Lambchops Sickle will bounce aerial opponent multiple times, red-beats. Beats out jumps. (狩る is to bait, in fg terms) Tsubaki j214 bounces off opponent on block, harder to be counterattacked. j214D is mid, was high in previous loketest. 2C has less upper-body invincibility. You can get hit out of it before it even comes out. Still a strong move. 6A has less proration. 236236D lost invincibility. Uses up meter and shows superflash before the move actually hits. Mu j2C is actually still untechable. Platinum Either j2C or Frying Pan has more proration. 猫歩き is Tao catwalk, [3].

Ragna + 6A faster, 5A 6B(maybe he means A) works on airborne opponent. - Madao has no +f (can still manage to stuff mashing, but hard). Rachel - Actually harder to get damage now with the 5CC change. - George has less life. - j2C Lv2 bounces higher. Tao - 3C techable (maybe?). Litchi + 2C CH launches opponent high. Itsuu possible afterwards. + Chun has more untech time? + 6D wallslams/bounces only on airborne opponents. Hakumen + 5A j2A connects (j2A faster?). + jA JB chain added. + 5D comboable on some characters. - 3C techable. Only comboable on CH. Lambchops + jDD knocks down airborne opponent. Techable. + Calamity bounces on FC, can combo without meter. Valk - 2C may have lost upper body invincibility. - Wolf change cancel slower recovery. Harder to mixup with Nacht Jäger because of this.

  20. Dude. 4B hits. Hitstop ensues. The first hit of 4B is blocked at this time. Nothing happens for 20f (let's use that example). Hence, you have 20f to move your lazy ass to a standing position, in addition to whatever gap there is between the 2 hits. Now then: Bonus proration has been removed from almost all moves that had it. So, nothing will have more than 100% proration now. Regarding Ragna's Madao, it's nerfed because you're no longer +f after it. Thus making it pretty useless. Hey now, we can't have actual oki in BB, can we?

  25. Good evening, my pedophile friends. 上段 is mid and 中段 is overhead. I know it makes no sense, but that's just how it is. So, jA is an overhead and j2C hits mid.
