Pulled myself away from playing #r online and tried working on some 1hits from midscreen off a throw. I wanted a single, simple, combo that would work on the whole cast. I ended up with this. I'm not sure he ever went away. He just doesn't play as often. Or at least you don't see vids of him as often, like during XX and #r.

You have to jump as soon as the j.S connects, then you have to j.HS as soon as you jump. And it will combo, they can't back or forward tech, which also means they can't neutral tech.

Jump straight up, then FD something like hitting 8[P+K]7 or [P+K]87 and the like

Johnny's 2K is listed as +2, but when I add it up myself I get +4. Double checked against other Level 2 moves, to make sure they didn't go and change it levels on us. I think its level might of been a typo, level 2 instead of level 1. Any got the mook to double check? 'Level 6' moves are level 5 moves that ignore level 5 blockstun rules and apply their own blockstun (that is higher then what level 5 blockstun would be). If you check under notes for Ky and Potemkin you'll see that both their 6HS have speacial properties on block.
