  1. 3/3/2013 Urban Square Arc Revo Qualifier Tsubaki vs Ragna
  2. I'll import if the wait's more than a week. Any less and you run the risk of not getting your copy before the US release if it gets caught in customs.
  3. It definitely says that, but it's just an anonymous post without any sources. SKD's tweet about it coming out in February had just as much believability. (Everyone remember to dick-punch SKD for getting everyone's hopes up. Never forget!)
  4. There's a reason he's only rank 8 :mrbiscuits:
  5. How to play Tsubaki in three easy steps: 1. Get pissed off 2. Do a pissed off unblockable 3. Combo off said pissed off unblockable
  6. Dang, I need a competitor's badge for side tournaments? Guess I'm going to be entering P4U afterall. I'll preregister next week, whenever I get birthday money from my folks.
  7. BB on Xbox doesn't support 4:3 ratios. There's always cutoff iirc.
  8. It was -5 on first active frame with 10 active frames. There were some sick ways make it hit almost on the last active that people were finding towards the end of CS2, then they nerfed the move to hell ;_;
  9. Shinblanka said on page 4 that it would have to be run Saturday. Although, I didn't see that it said after MK9 when I read through it at first. I would assume that that would only push the tournament back later, although we might be able to run it in the middle of the afternoon anyway if we can just get room for setups. I have 2, possibly 3 setups confirmed right now.
  10. Blazblue tourney info stuff since I haven't posted it yet and I've been asked a few times: 5$ entry 70/20/10 split 2/3 rounds, 2/3 games. Winner/losers/grand finals 3/5 Signups will be from 12pm-3pm on Saturday. There will be some white dudes with a signup sheet next to a setup with a Fakku sticker and NOS air freshener on it. Tournament will start as soon as brackets are done after 3pm. It will be on PS3 All other Final Round rules will apply, including wireless pads being banned. Shower or bath or I'm going to spray you with Febreeze. I'll be in full Stink Police garb that day. And remember, it's a side tournament. Official tournaments come first. Let some dude handling the bracket know if you're in anything else when we're running it. And please feel free to hit me up with any questions, suggestions, concerns or whatever either in a PM, or tweet @TheGreatReptar
  11. At least now the proration difference between 5B and 5C is only 5% P2 instead of 5% P1 ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
  12. Except usually you have to dash forward to punish with 5C, and the game probably holds the dash input as the 6 in [4]6 for longer than most players expect.
  13. I swear that was me that asked Larry =P Also, if anyone here on Dustloop is planning on coming to Final Round and can bring a setup for Blazblue, please let me know. I'm trying to get a total of 4 setups together so BB can run smoothly. Also, Jyosua will be bringing his laptop so we're going to see if he can stream off of 4G. If he can't, he'll be recording matches.
  14. 2/7 A-cho Ranbat Kazu@Ginga (TS) vs Awa (TK)
  15. Larry, that was me, Andrew Norris, not Ben =P
  16. 2/9 Jikamu Wajiro(?) Kou(HZ)vs Tomo(TS) Tomo(TS) vs Uni (RC) Run(RG) vs Tomo(TS) Tomo(TS) vs Tomio(PL)
  17. Fun fact, you don't even have to confirm CH 5CC>6C. Since it only gatlings on hit, you can option select 5CC>6C~6B or 5CC>6C~6D to auto confirm it.
  18. 2/4/2013 Athena Nihonbashi Kazu@ginga (TS) VS Fenrichi (JI)
  19. Japanese players just suck. You never see them mash Mugen on wakeup either.
  20. I'm pretty sure some of the dudes in the Litchi forums did a frame by frame count on sone 60fps footage off nico to cone tot the frame conclusions. Regardless, all this theory fightan gives me a headache. I'll stick to EX training mode kthx
  21. Her followup normals all play into the idea that she's beginner friendly. It's why they cancel on whiff, and it's why most of her followups move her forward a decent bit (whiffed at footsies? Just do the followup and maybe you won't have goofed as hard). Her followups also make confirming combos with her incredibly easy since she has a bunch of moves she can do in a single chain. At a higher level, yea, her followups aren't all that great, since they're mostly there just adding proration, but you should be moving past the training wheels ArcSys set up for her.
  22. If I can get rounds on Ivysaur's Carl with Tsubaki, then Tsubaki's fine, considering how bad I am.
  23. 1/16 Shinjuku Sportsland Maria-sama (Mu) vs Nega (IZ)
  24. 1/19 Nisshi Nippori Yamachi (IZ) vs Kobayashi (BU) Yamachi (IZ) vs Shiro (Nu) Yamachi (IZ) vs Uido (BU) Yamachi (IZ) vs Fio (LI)
