  1. What's up? Can you post that Tager mirror we had (if you saved it). That's the first time I super flash buffered. I was just trying to 720, not super flash buffer lol

  2. I've fought Yaya, BlooD, and Dot, and I can definitely say that BlooD is the second, if not the best Nu on PSN. No offense, but the only good Nu's I hear about on XBL are Pisces, Dourshi, and you. Pisces plays very similar to Sayimbaplease, which means Parcer+5C spamming. On PSN, we have BlooD, Dot, Yaya, Murasa, Hellknight, and a bunch of other good Nu's. If you were on PSN, you'd definitely be one of the top Nu's though. A Nu is dangerous when they know when to alternate between Parcer and Nu's jump cancellable moves. This is BlooD: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MFFifKKELfg#t=0m40s http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8l_L8pjfzj0&feature=related#t=2m10s Here's how I play now. My only problem is defence and I need to learn a few more combos: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=byTa0I-7MK8

  3. One of my weaknesses as a Nu is my lack of combo knowledge. I know there aren't a lot of good Nu's out there, but what makes me different than Murasa, Dot, BlooD, and you is my lack of combos. The best I can get off a TK counter is 4.7K, and I can get 6K off a whiffed DP. But what I want to know is what is that 2DD > 44 (Back Parcer) 2DD combo? What's the notation? I know CS is out in 2 weeks, but I wanna learn this before CS.

  4. lol, Thanks. I like Lambda's appearance, but nothing beats moe Nu! AcoTan let me use it with permission, so I credit to AcoTan for my avatar.

  5. lol, Not right now. Some time later. Perhaps in the next few days or sometime with in 2 weeks. We'll see.. Thank you though!

  6. I'd say so. It's either back air dash, or back dash. Staying around to poke is not a good idea. If the Tager predicts a back air dash or a back dash, he could punish it. That's why it's risky blocking against Tager. The safest thing to do, I think, is to Counter Assault. Who expects a Counter Assault? At least 75% of players don't even use it. The unfortunate thing is that it takes 50 Heat, though...
  7. Hey Neo. I might need to ask a favour of you. Would you mind hosting a room between dotSafety (Georgia) and me (British Columbia)? This is just tentative, as he could find someone else to host.

  8. You're South-East USA, I'm South-West CAN, so is Arizona a good mid-point? I can ask a friend of mine to host. Ideally, though, it'd be Kansas.

  9. ^ Yes, as long as you know it's a B Sledge, and you know you're going to counter hit Tager. Throwing after B Sledge will always be a pink throw, and if it's not, then it means you could've escaped his range earlier. I wish CS came out in NA already so we could have a better grasp of Mu instead of Theory Fighter, and the limited videos of Mu we have.
  10. Video proof of 360A's usefulness. It's best to stay away from Tager when he can do this. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KbVioLGD-gU#t=1m40s
  11. Just be careful for 360A. It can go through Hazama's Jayoku, for example.
  12. 236B is +3 on block. IB it and you only get 2(?) frames to act. Jab in those frames and a well-timed 360A will beat your jab. Or am I interpreting it wrong? Frame advantage is +3, so Tager gets to act 3 frames before the opponent. If sledge is whiffed, then yeah, it's a free punish.
  13. My advice for Tager is to not IB sledge. I'm fond of letting my opponent IB sledge, then they try to beat it out with a jab and I 360A them. If they jump, I can react to it and jump throw them. They usually don't tech it. So don't let Tager 236B you! Just stay away.
  14. Probably. I'd assume there are more damaging options, though. Not sure if 63214C is fast enough.
  15. OK, sounds good. Nu mirrors are one of the most fun match-ups for me. Once you get past Sayimba's Parcer spamming, he's a lot less dangerous. I'll show you how a real Nu fights ^.^ See ya soon!

  16. Thanks. I like this one. 6A/5B/2C are all jump cancellable, 2B is a low, and you can jump cancel 6A/5B/2C into a j.C cross-over, or IAD back for zoning. The 2B hits people expecting you to jump cancel into an overhead, so there's some options for mix-up there. Exactly what I was looking for! Thanks!
  17. Oh, OK. I know which move that is. It looks like Lambda's 5D, albeit a very fat one.
  18. Oh no. What am I saying? Nu/Lambda/Mu's C moves aren't my specialty =/ TK's are. It's a good thing you both corrected me! Well, don't pay attention to what I say too much. I've been wrong like 3 times already today. I have a question for you Afro-Demon. What are Mu's best gatling block-strings? Preferably jump cancellable ones.
  19. lol, Yeah, I know we're talking about Mu. Isn't 6C basically the same as Lambda's 6C? It's just one hit. Same for 2C, 3C, 5C... It just may look slightly different. But their usage is the same.
  20. In CT, every C move but 6C was a projectile. So Tager's can try to sledge their way to Nu, but a 6C gets a free Counter Hit in Nu's favour. So in CS, 6C is probably not considered a projectile.
  21. Hmm... Just because of "perpetual lasers", I was going to say the match-up for Mu-Tager was 6.5-3.5. But Mu doesn't do good damage unless she's close, and Tager can probably Sledge through some of her C moves if they are "projectiles".
  22. Against Tager? Stay far away from him, set up lasers, and jump cancel her drive to a backwards air dash. Tager blocking the lasers should ensure that Mu doesn't get Negative Penalty.
  23. This is the way I think of it: It's worse for Mu to be blocking mid-range against Lambda than it is for Lambda to be blocking mid-range against Mu. Unless Lambda is stuck in the corner, or Mu effectively uses her lasers. So from a "neutral" perspective, Lambda appears to have the advantage. Basically, Mu has to set up lasers, or force Lambda into the corner. In that Lambda-Mu match, when the Mu had the Lambda in the corner, and had 2 Steins, the Lambda had a very difficult time. Lambda has to keep Mu blocking and use her advantage in multiple hit C moves (easier hit-confirming, and can cancel into 214D/236D). Once Mu is stuck blocking, unleash Lambda's TK tricks.
  24. Guys! Make sure to look! Pulsr vs Xie http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nnnL5u_jR1A Lacrois vs me http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l9scGxll7AU Antihippy, I'd assume so. Mu's 5B and Lambda's 6B are both jump cancellable, so their 6A's are probably the same as well.
  25. 2C is still OK. 6A is a better option, but in block-strings Lambda can use 6A/6B/2C safely. 6A was underrated in CT 5B > 6A > 6B > 2C All are jump cancellable. TK feint on one of those and do crazy mix-up. Look at my match with Lacrois, and here's another link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nnnL5u_jR1A The point is that 6B and 2C push your opponent far enough to be in that lethal TK zone of Lambda.
