well, one big weakness I see is that you don't seem to know how to deal with superjump j.B. Litchi has several options:
1. 2C[m]
2. itsuu
3. jump away j.C[m]
4. DP (lol i dunno i don't play litchi, but tager can't sledge or backdash in mid-air)
5. jump forward air throw (only works when the tager is expecting one of the above options)
6. dash straight under
This is all assuming you have your staff, without staff I would say to just run under tager and recall your staff. There's almost no reason for litchi to try to approach tager with staff projectiles. Just keep him away with 6B>6C and 3C and anti-air him if he tries to superjump at you. Once he stops trying to poke or jump, you can take some risks in approaching him and scoring a hit. In the one match we played, you hit me with CH 6B[m] a couple of times and once with a CH 2C[m], but you never picked them up. That's not enough to get me to stay on the ground and respect your neutral. So I guess what I'm trying to say is practice hitconfirming those pokes, lol.
