nope.avi The only moves that work that way are hell's fang and ice car. Tsubaki's shield charge could count too, in the sense that "oh, they blocked my move at the very last active frame and I'm STILL at a severe disadvantage!!!"

Eh, I guess it's just me then. Also, frame data says Tager 2D is -1, but spaced properly it's ALWAYS significantly + on block. Unless you're talking about something else. Besides, all I did was mash 5A, or 360A if I noticed you had the bat.

It fucking blows my mind how I can play someone on the west coast, watch them do 20+ hit combos consistently while I'm reduced to a gibbering man-ape who can only combo 2 hits at a time.
